    I think fishing by Baker's put the wrong finish on my pool I have a fiberglass pool they put a stone like finish on it I told the guy several times that it was a fibrelass pool and now it's all chipping off in less than three years and he tells me it's not an under warranty I think that's ******** I owned a business and ma and I replace thinks when we a wrong to make customers happy when I know we were wrong. he's not admitting to anything being wrong I need help. Want him to fix it

    Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/05/11) */ Contact Name and Title: **** ***** pres Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: *************@gmail.com Mr ***** first your pool is not fiberglass it is concrete and the finish is silver pearl witch is the best material on the market the failure of the bonding of the interior finish of your pool is being caused by a strucual crack that is going across the middle of your pool I dont have a problem giving you a price to repair the crack and repairing the finish.To repair the crack we will need to grind out the crack and install 1' carbon fiber staples every 1'the lengh of the crack in bed them with epoxy and cover all with crack suppresion membrane then patch the finish.Please let me know how you want to proceed. **** ***** Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/05/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) My pool is fiberglass . any one i've spoken too . said the finish you did is fine . but needs specials prep. its more like a pot hole now not just a line . To me if the was a crack in pool it self . I would lose more water.There are not cracks in the bottom of the pool under the finish . So not sure why he wouldn't be responsible.
