    In May of 2020, I paid Naples Windows and Doors, *****************, owner, $28,615.00 to install eleven 6 foot sliding doors in our condo. After so called completion, we discovered that one of the doors had a warp in the glass, and we could not use the screens because they would not pass the handles on the doors. I made *** aware, and have had endless emails, text messages, phone calls, face to face contact requesting these issues be fixed. Always an excuse. Its now nearly 4 years and I have lost all patience. At first the excuse was that a new door would have to be shipped from *****, and that was during Covid, so I gave it a couple years on that excuse. *****************, the business owner, claims that he has had the window supplier account rep come to see the issue on site twice. Here we are nearly 4 years later with no resolution. I am beyond frustrated. I think 4 years is more than patient. I would like to resolve without going to court, if possible. This is totally unacceptable. I feel like I have been ripped off and mislead.

    This is not an accurate description of what is going on. I purchased new screens for the entire project at my expense. The doors are not made in *****. I have had the manufactures reps there twice and was told they would provide e new panel. They have not done it yet. I continue to communicate with the owner even when she calls me at night and on Sundays and holidays. I also forwarded her all the emails I have sent to the manufacture. I am still pursuing a resolution and have not given up.

    We had impact windows and doors put in our house by Naples windows and doors in January 2021. They did not install 2 windows in bedroom correctly. The windows won't stay open. Jim B. said it was not a problem and would fix them. We have been calling and texting for the past year. He keeps saying he will come out, but has not taken care of yet. We are very frustrated. We paid 25000.00 for these. We don't know what to do. We just want fixed. Thank you

    I have parts on order as well as 2 new windows if that what needs to be done. The problem will be resolved within the next 60 days. I told them the same info. They do not live in town and I was on vacation while they were here. Very nice people and I am sorry it is taking so long. I am waiting on parts and people like everyone else. I will get it done as soon as possible.

    This is the second complaint about this company. They put new impact windows and doors in our house in January 2021. The 2 windows in master bedroom were not installed properly and have never worked. We have contacted ***************** the owner numerous times and he keeps saying he is going to fix but never comes out. Always has an excuse. Almost 2 years later and we still cant open bedroom windows. I really dont know what else to do.
