            10/23/2024 $489 Completion of trapping and catching a rodent Still have items of no use on our property from said company Paid in full for a service that clearly was NOT rendered Business has not tried to resolve issue hence thats why they wont pick up equipment They advertise on ******, Yelp and ******** We want a complete refund and trap removed OFF OUR PROPERTY immediately

            On 3/20/24 PROFESSIONAL WILDLIFE REMOVAL EXPERTS IN *************** came to our 55 and older mobile home village at ********************* in ***** ******* and started firing a rifle at helpless ducks in the pond while 30 or more people were swimming and on the deck of the community pool in the village. The shots were just feet from everybody and could have ricocheted easily into someone or their homes. Unfortunately an innocent white domesticated pekin duck that was a family pet was targeted as well and was left for dead but was not killed. This is animal cruelty at its best and something should be done about this. Please help this kind of cruelty stop!

            So I call Pro wildlife removal because I had a serious rat infestation I tried already with one company and they had came out and put traps up and it didn't work so I called Pro wildlife removal and told them this was a serious infestation a serious problem in traps were not gonna do it they said no problem we'll have someone come out when the guy came out he said we don't tent houses or use poison gas for rats we use traps it's going to be $2000 and he swore to me that this would work that their equipment was somehow better and that it most certainly would work first he came out twice a week then he came out once a week then he came out once every other week Then he stopped coming out all together when I had called the manager because again I told them traps were not gonna work and that this was pointless they assured me that this would work and now they had stopped coming out entirely and when I called and said that this was breach of contract he told me to get a lawyer and ever since then his their tech has not come back into my home to check the traps they just left everything and I've been bating and trapping them my self but they make sure to come by once every two weeks and do the outside and the only thing they do is they bring regular rat traps with a piece of fake cheese in the slather it in peanut butter you're telling me that this guy coming out a total of 17 times and putting peanut butter on a fake piece of plastic was worth $2000 and wasting all my time and doing all this and not even doing the job and now the infestation is even worse plus they were supposed to clean in the walls and the guy seriously said I'm the manager I don't care get a lawyer because they know they can get away with it there's even reviews on ****** same thing if a job is hard or unexpectedly long they just quite because it costs more to take them to court than it's worth
