    Bought a car here on February 6, 2023, only had the car a few days car would not crank. Called ******'s they said to take it to a shop to get it looked at they stated pep boys. Had it towed to the one in *******. They did a diagnostic on the car. Said it was the starter. Changed it. It still won't crank. Said it was the alternator change it. Still won't crank. Said it was the battery change it out it still won't crank. Called ******'s back they told me to try and get it cranked and bring it back to their shop. Got it up there they said it was the ignition changed that. It cranked and I came and got it. Went home turned it off would not crank again. Called ******'s again. They said to take it to another shop. So I took it to sure stop in *******. They did a diagnostic on it and said it was the computer tried to reflash it to reset it wouldnt work said it needed a new computer in it they put a new one in then they tried to program it and found out that the miles on the car were rolled back ****** miles said the electrical was fried car can not be fixed this shop told me to take the car back that its non fixable so then I called Julians sent all the proof I had ask them to help me into another car or give me my money back they refused and stated they were already paid by the bank and told me to get a lawyer well Julians car lot pushed the miles back on this car by ****** miles fried the brain and the computer and the electrical the car says ****** miles but the actual miles are ****** I refuse to pay ****** on a car that was sold to me with the issues it has. I just want my money back and this taking off my credit and my name.

    Thank you for your correspondence on this matter.  You mentioned you had a 3rd party independent reflash/reprogram and replace components on the vehicle.    We rely on our mechanics and many of our 3rd party sources as well as state and title paperwork prior to us selling a vehicle.  We value each customer and their opinions.  We have reviewed all paperwork and documents and everything is 100% in order on this vehicle.  If you have any additional questions and would like to discuss them, please come into the dealership and speak with our General Manager **********************

    If i could give them zero stars i would. In February of 2023 we got a vehicle from them. While we was there purchasing said vehicle the daughter of the owner helped us select and complete financing of the chosen vehicle. We stated we had $2700.00 as a down payment and a trade in vehicle. Upon starting the paperwork we advised the sales lady of what was in our account and she then stated that the amount needed as a down payment was exactly what we had in our account. Ok we gave them the ***** we had to our name and proceeded with the loan. We completed the load provided insurance and the loan was complete. We got temp tag as a new one was needed. Here we are a month later and no tag. We contact them and they say they have the tag but we have to pay them for the tag $300.00. Which the licensed dealers have to provide upon financing a vehicle. They proceeded to tell us that they messed up the paperwork and put a transfer on the loan not a new tag. But the ordered a new tag that they now have with it registered to us for our vehicle. This dealership is not a good company. I will be filing a complaint against their license and also with the ********************. And also contacting a lawyer as we did pay for the tag cause without it we can't get to work to support our family of 5. They are leaches and will **** u dry if they can please stay away. Buyer be aware.

At ******************* Showcase, we always strive to make the buying experience as enjoyable as possible.  As to the tag issue, those fees are not set by us but rather, by the DMV.  It is our policy not to air out our customer's private information regarding the sale of any vehicle and/or registration thereof.  Please contact ********************* at the dealership to review your concerns and provide peace of mind that everything was handled properly.  You can come in Monday through Friday and if you prefer, call the dealership at ************ to set an appointment.

    My husband bought a vehicle from this company. First thing was that they said the Carfax was not available. However apparently this car had been sitting there for a while so why do they not have the Carfax? Second he fought the vehicle back within 2 days because it was shaking so much and they blew him off by telling him that wasn't under the warranty. Within 10 days the suspension broke off from the whole truck and he had two flat tires as well excuse me make that fourth flat tires. If he had not pulled into a parking lot he could have hit somebody or caused a very serious accident with somebody else. His insurance covered it saying it was a malfunction of the vehicle but they did not cover the tires. He called and spoke with **** who is the finance manager at that time and I am not sure if he still works there, he told him that they will give him at least two new tires or replace two of the tires. However they did not comply with this and made up some other excuse. He has been lied to and mistreated with no satisfaction from this place. They tell him one thing and they keep telling him and then when it comes to actually do something they never comply. The manager ****** was very rude and very disrespectful in every way.
