I ordered an Italian floor corker from this business on October 30, 2024. I received an email from them that day with an order confirmation and an order #***** To date I have not received the item. My bank account has been charged. I have made several attempts to contact them through email and I also left a voicemail message. They have not responded to any of my messages. I do not want the item I ordered anymore. I was able to purchase it from another business. I have also reached out to my bank and alerted them of the charge to my checking account. I wish to receive a refund for the charges of $218.82 for an item that was not delivered. Also, the address you have my complaint assigned to is not the address that the business is currently using as their official business. I ordered 2 products from this company and have not received them. I called to get a tracking number on my order, no one answers the phone, goes directly to voicemail. I have left messages and also emailed them to no avail. My order # is ***** placed on November 5th 2024 in the amount of $325.98 plus $92.49 for shipping for a total of $418.47. They also show an address in ****************, *******. I should have checked their reviews before purchasing from them, they have countless complaints of taking consumers money and never filling orders. Please help!Initial Complaint

I ordered two wine kits from Southern Home Brew for $223.51 in April of 2024. I did not recieve them. I went into my online account in late May/early June to discover it showed no open orders in spite of my order confirmation. I called and was informed that a system changeover wiped out all old account and order information but that my order was still valid. It was just delayed. I called multiple times in June into early July to ask again but got no response. I sent emails. I finally got a man on the phone claiming to be the owner in early July who said my wine kits were still delayed due to supply chain issues. So, I switched to order a different kit that was currently being promoted on their site as "just arrived" so that I could get something out. It never arrived. I was assured by the owner it would arrive on the following week. Nothing came. Multiple other efforts to contact the company failed. I attempted to get a refund through my credit card company's fraud unit in August but was unsuccessful. It is now October. There is no communication, no product and no expectation that I will ever see my money back or the product I ordered. I live in ****, so I am unwilling to spend the $ to open a claim in *******. So, I am stuck, but feel stolen from and lied to repeatedly by representatives of this company.Initial Complaint

Purchased 12 items on 8/21/2024 totaling $73.68.I selected **** delivery for $7.80 and they chose to ship it *** Ground slow mail which cost $7.33. If I select and pay more money, I EXPECT it to be shipped via what I PAID for. Four of the items were NOT what I ordered, they took the liberty of putting what they wanted me to have...NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR. I contacted them immediately via 5 phone calls and 4 emails and ZERO RESPONSE...no return call or email addressing the theft of my money for products and services I paid for.Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT to address THEIR ERRORS!!!Initial Complaint

Transaction date was August 13th. Amount paid to the business was $57.29. The business took my order for wine yeast, charged my credit card then never spoke to me again or ship anything to me. The business owes me money and I want it returned. Since placing the order and charging my credit card the business has not responded to any emails, phone calls etc. to resolve the problem. The advertising was on the company website for the product I was seeking and I found it via ****** search and the advertising stated the product was readily available for purchase.Initial Complaint

I placed on order with Southern Homebrew (**********************************************) on July 3, 2024, for one item ($16.99) with a total order amount with shipping of $21.59 (Order #*****). I have contacted the vendor via its listed telephone number, via its order email account, and via its online contact form numerous times over the past several weeks; however, I have gotten no reply/response whatsoever to any of those communications. The requests for an update on the order via email and online contact form are not responded to, and no one answers the phone number listed on its website or responds to the multiple voice messages I have left. At this point, I would like to be done with the company and have my money refunded to me, but I have to be able to communicate with someone at Southern Homebrew to have that happen. I placed an online order July 16, 2024. For 3 beer fermenters. Order was made and a credit card payment was made. I received a message stating that the product I purchased was unavailable, and I was offered an alternative. I declined and asked for a refund.After several phone calls and texts inquiring about my refund processing, there is still nothing. I purchased a pump for my Grainfather on March 27th. I was expecting to receive it within a week. When I returned from my trip from ***** it still has not arrived. I emailed them on April 13th and they responded that the pump will be shipped the following week. When the pump still did not arrive, I emailed them again on April 20 and 23 asking for an update and have not received any responses. I believe they are committing fraud. I would either like the new pump delivered or a total refund.Initial Complaint

On February 14th, 2023 I placed an online order for a wine tank at this retailer. I then had to call on February 15th, 2023 to sort out shipping. The shipping was almost as much as the tank, so the associate by the name of **** "refunded" my order on February 15th, 2023. I noticed a few months later that the amount was never credited back to my card. I called back and **** stated that they did not cancel my order correctly and it was still sitting in a "waiting to be shipped" status. In September, she then "refunded" me again. This again did not go through and my credit card was not credited the $533.98 that it shows in the attached receipt. Since September 2023 I have over nearly 50 calls placed either from me, or from **** calling me about paying me via a check or through the owners PayPal account. Neither have happened, and they have since stopped answering any communications from me. **** has stated that they have switched banking partners and assumes this is the reason the refund has not gone through correctly. I confirmed with my credit card company that it was not refunded and the transaction is now too old to dispute through them. My credit card company stated that while they may have sent a receipt, that does not confirm they refunded my card and can clearly see the charge is still in my account with no refund. As I have not received any product and the associate has continuously stated that I would get a refund, I need to be refunded the amount of $533.98 as soon as possible.Customer response

Purchased the item online on 8/11/23 paid $271.81 They were advertising a 50 liter stainless steel tank They could not get the item and never refunded my money I have been calling and emailing for months and they now blocked my phone and never respond to my emails.This was paid on my debit card *****
