    This person named ******************* came to fix my refrigerator on feb 5/2024 he said the repair cost was $420 dollars, that day I paid $210 and he came back on feb 6/2024 to finish the repair (that day he actually came with his girlfriend which I think was very unprofessional but I didnt say anything). 3 days after the fridge was broken again and on top of that I realized he broke a button that wasnt broken before of course, so I called him and told him that, he said he was coming on feb 15 but he never came or called or anything , so after calling him so many times and texting him many times to he finally came on feb 24/24 (its been 24 without food) he said there was another problem with the fridge and that he needed to come another day, and that I have to pay more, of course I ended up arguing with him and asking him for the money back but he said no! He simply left and Im still without a working fridge, without food and without my money back.

    Hi, i am sorry for the late note but we are very busy these weeks doing another costumers service and this is the first time this happend to our company. This was because because the technician was late to go to the warranty 2 days after, but he finish his job and repair her refrigerator, we are ready to go to any court if we need it. The costumer is writing something that is not true and her husband knows that we did a good work and refrigerator now is working. Please help us to fix this matter because we don't want this Negative comment in BBB. Thank you!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    they came again on monday 2/26 , (they didnt charge me more)  and they said they had fixed it. On momday march 4th there refrigerator start making noises and stopped working so we had to call a new technician to try to fix it again, I have attached a copy of the invoice. This should be enough proof that they never fixed it properly and charged me for nothing.

    I am sorry but the invoice that i see from another company is just a diagnostic fee, that is not a complete repair. And is giving another type of issue . That refrigerator is old and is giving a lot of problems and the costumer may be wants differents companies to fix all differents problems and get money back . We didn't have problem with repair the refrigerator but i understand you want the money back. If the BBB tell me and decide that i have to send money back we don't have any problem returning the money . Thank you for understand the situation

    What is the next step? We are ready to go any court or refound any money if we have to refound it. We don't have time for this problems and just $420 . We know the technician do the work and finish his work and that refrigerator have too many problems and then costumer wants to get money back doing this kind of problem. Please give us a call to let us know what we can do and we don't want negative reviews on BBB , because we have exelents reviews on ****** and we have very good costumers and pay biggest works than that without these problems. Or call The technician directly here is the invoice to ask him everything please

    If the refrigerator had so many problems as you claim in your response then you should have told us that the first time you came to the house . You cant charge somebody $420 dollars to fix something and now say that is not your fault and its the refrigerators fault. This is a terrible way to run a busines and I just want to make sure this  doesnt happend to somebody else, so this why im leaving this complaint .

    We really don't understand why this costumer put words that we never talk about in this texts, is first time in BBB Some one try to put a dispute after more than 6 years of our business, we have are ready if she wants to go to court and see whats happen there, we ready send the picture of the invoice that the technician give to her and we finish the job and come back the same week and resolve the problem. If the refrigerator have another problem and they call another company, the refrigerator was touch by another hands ,but the point is i don't trust in that because that is an stimate is not an invoice with a complete work done. So she is just having a diagnostic stimate paper just to try complain another situation and have money from different issue back .
