            I was looking to transport my 2010 ****** Forester from **************** to ***********, ** on July 28TH, 2022. A Car Ship agent by the name of ****** told me he has a pickup date on July 30TH and requested a deposit of $245 to finalize our contract. After giving me the run around for ********************************************************************************************** a refund. I have been calling the agent, tha manager, their customer service and, emailing and texting them but, I have not received any answer at all. Now, the agent and manager have blocked my number and customer service sends me straight to voicemail. I paid the deposit via Zelle. I will upload the contract and the Zelle payment so you can see it. I dont think its right for this company ( A Car Ship ) to take my money and not even try to render the service they promised me. When I see their reviews, I can see that I am not the only one. The con people and get away with it. Its not right!Kind regards,************

            On july 2 I booked with ACar shipping. To ship my car, they were to pick up my car july 4 2022 at 6 pm no one showed up. The agent who booked it was *****. I called repeatedly that night as my flight was at 11 I ended up leaving my key with my neighbor to catch my flight. July 5 I called n ***** did not answer. July 6 I called still no answer. Now I arrive in **************** get a text saying the carrier wants more money after I paid the deposit. We booked it at a price of $995 n $200 deposit. The new price was $1600. I have called repeatedly talking to ***** & a *******************. The Carrier does not speak ************ hearing impaired so as u can see we had issues. Im interested in recovering my car I have ADA ********* that is needed badly. Its hindering my daily life!!! Please help me contact them constant busy signals n or mail box full is al I get **** ************** or ************** ******************* ********************** these numbers lead me to no where

            I'm scammed into signing a terms with lower priced and they changed the quote without informing me and charged my credit card for wrong amount. They don't respond to calls or texts. I lost around 1000$ and they only said they accept cash to avoid chargebacks and held hostage of my car with them unless I pay them money.

            Acarship quoted me a price to ship my car on a certain date and took a deposit. Snipe date passed and they contacted me and told me that the price would be double what I was originally quoted. They pulled a bait and switch. They will not provide a copy of any agreements signed, they will not refund my deposit or respond to texts, emails, or calls.

            hello ,, i wanted to ship a car from ********** to ******* , and they give a a quote of **** which is really good deal ,, i agree with them because i wanted the car shipped same day or next day , that was in the 05/17/2022 and a guy called ****** promiseed me to be picked up today or next day ,,,, next day i called ****** and he confirm that the car will be picked up on that day . and been waiting and he stop responding to my message,, i end up shipping the car with another company and paid $1650 just to have it shipped ,, i asked them to refund my mone the $225 and they refused , so i guess this people gives you a cheap price to make you sign the contract and give you promises and they cant find driver to pick up the car in that prices because there price are so cheap .

            I had canceled a transaction with them, which was having a car ship from ********** to *******, after I paid a deposit of $200 on $700 charge, they kept on changing the price stating that they couldn't find a driver willing to transport the car for that low, I was told after the cancelation that I was going to get a refund, I never did, they pretend that the account I used to pay them was the only way that they can issue a refund, since account has been closed, they refused to issue me a check or use another account. All I am asking for a refund.
