    saturday evening i processed & paid $35 for 10 issue subscription for consumer reports magazine without digital access that I cancelled within ***** minutes later after verifying the refund policy for magagazines subscriptions was based on the number of remaining issues on the account . I didnt recieve confirmation from CR on the payment or cancellation for the subscription until this morning whenawelcome letter arrived in my inbox.When i called them i was told a partial refund was automatically issued at time of cancellation which is ridiculous seeing as nothing about the process was automated except for them keeping $10 out of $35 which is both bad ***************************** fraud.

    I need footage from an attempt to kill me that took place February 11th. After I was giving confirmation that it would be provided by USB and the people involved would be evicted. It could have solved the last 6 months of this stalking attempt to murder and fear from still going on.

    Paid for service for 1 month for October 2021. Cancelled within the month, but was charged the next month for $10 on November 21, 2021. I cancelled a second time and they continued to charge me every month on the 21st through 8/21/2022

    Beginning 1/26/22 Amazon Prime has cost me over $2000.00 worth of fees taken off my debit card without permission. When contacted, they were rude after I refused to give them my bank information. They never returned my money and just today charged my debit card again for four separate transactions rsking four separate overdraft fees until my bank declined thses transactions. However they now have to reissue me another card which will not be here until the 1st of July and I have to have gas to get back and forth from work and a 10 month old to provide for until then. I've tried to resolve this issue myself once before but without any results. Please help me as I feel they are Taking full advantage of my calm resolve. Thanks so much.

    We purchased the Hillroy Autumn Cove Gazebo from ******** on May 10, 2022. First issue was being informed with wrong price information. We were informed that with additional 20% for entire store promotion we would get additional 20% and also be able to use the membership discount code from the price tag they had. When we went to other ******** due to stock availability issue, we were told then that price tag was including all the discounts. We were bit frustrated that if that information has been told us before we would have not gone through all the trouble the same day and would have reconsidered purchasing this item. We were assured multiple times by multiple associates that it would be additional discounts. After all the trouble we just decided to purchase the item and falsely promised discount was not honored at the other location although it is clearly that ******** associates gave us the wrong information. After when we brought the item home we found out that not only multiple critical pieces were severely damaged but also missing many hardwares. We already disposed our old gazebo at the time and had frames up with missing pieces. It took us literally 6 hours to get connected to ******** and they refused to help us informing there is nothing they can do. We asked them to pick up the item and provide us with replacement and was told it was not possible. This is over 600lb item and why should we be going through more trouble to replace them at our own time/cost? Later store where we purchased manager informed us that we can bring back the pieces and pick up the replacement. Since parts were already set up unscrewing them was damaging the ***** more since they are bit cheap quality materials. We find it extremely upsetting that manufacture is telling us to contact ******** and they have no control over third party selling and ******** whom we purchased the item is not even returning my call when I was promised call back within 48hrs.
