            The business repaired my screen for my phone with a guarantee of repairs or the would fix the issue, failed to inform me that the finger print sensor did not work afterword, they refused to even attempt repair of the damaged sensor, refused to reimburse for the damages. The issue occured on December 6th 2023 at 1pm.Transaction# ****** for a pixel 6a lcd

            We repaired his phone , he took the new screen from us , but he saying his fingerprints is not working, we said if you want with fingerprints works , we dont have that kind of parts in *** or any other country, if you dont like the issue then we will not provide our screen, take your old phone , we wont charge or anything, but that guy he said he want the new screen but we need to give him 50$ , we said no thats not gonna happen , if you want out screen you have to pay the price, if you dont like then take your phone we dont have any issues, youre not gonna get 50$ just like that , we dont allow any scam in our store .

            I am rejecting this response because:

            The repair shop broke my fingerprint sensor, claiming that screen repair causes the fingerprint sensor to not work anymore every time. This is a lie, as the screen can be repaired and have a working fingerprint sensor afterward. Even the shop admitted this, briefly offering toattempt repair but demanding extra payment, when i pressured them on why id have to pay more the started saying it is impossible. At this point i no longer felt comfortable asking the shop to touch my phone, and requested a partial refund for the damages, i did ask for a $50 refund, but was very clear in my statement that i was willing to negotiate.
