All American Fence and Gate LLC installed a privacy fence at our new home on:10-29-24 The very night I returned home from work and noticed the fence did not seem to go back as far as we had signed in the contract. We immediately emailed the company that night and received a response the following morning. The secretary responded that the owner of the business is out of town and will call us back ****. We called back again 3 more times and spoke with the secretary and was told the same thing that the owner is out of town and will call us back. We waited 5 weeks to even hear back from **** 12-4-24. The company already submitted for approval the following day through the county for final inspection during that time and was passed. Knowing that the dimensions were incorrect. We asked for the owner to correct the issue by taking off some labor fees and for materials that were not even installed. He denied that request and was only willing to tear out the fence and replace it again (161ft). We have a brand-new house and find that infeasible considering they were in the wrong. The have gone to as far as put a lien on the house for the remaining balance on $3539.75 considering we paid 50% upfront. We were left in the limbo of not hearing back from the company for that long time and not knowing what our options were moving forward. We did not pay the remaining 50% owed because we didn't even know what the company was willing to do for us being they did not hold up their end of the contract. Then after hearing from the owner he files for a lien on the house 7 days after we received the final payment notice from him. Permit # fnc2024-03034

I signed a contract with All American fence and was told the price included everything even the permit. I paid 2836.70$ down and I was told I would pay the other half on completion. When I received my final invoice it was for 3123.70$ when I questioned it they said I only paid for half of my permit and charged me 87.50$ extra and they also stated they also said the put more fence in than the estimate allowed for but didn't inform me of this before installing. I wasn't happy with the gate and complained. I received a call from the owner stating they would not fix it. They sent 3 illegals Hispanic to my house that didn't speak English and they stated that's all the workers they could get. I felt very uncomfortable with there workers because I couldn't communicate with them. I hope you check this out. I was really taken advantage of and **** that called me about my gate became very rude and refused to even look at the gate. The gate was put on the wrong side of the house and when I open it the wind catches it and whips it back.Thank you

We signed a contract for a fence and 3 gates. The one gate is wrong and the owner refuses to come to a reasonable resolution. He thinks he can yell at me and bully me and wants to hide behind a contract. I sent them a drawing of what I wanted and I am supposed to know that the gate he quoted INCORRECTLY is the incorrect gate. I am not a fence installer and now I have what looks like hardware for a farm gate on my $600,000 waterfront property. We have been verbally assaulted and threatened repeatedly.
