    I contracted this company to install hurricane windows; i signed the contract on April *******.The job has never been finished. There is painting to be finished, painting that needs to be touched up, slats installed in the window frames and door to be finished with plugs and trim. - I have pictures and have sent them to the owner, **** ******, along with the salesman, *** *******, but have not heard back from them. I paid $21,600 and i expect this job to be finished professional for that amount of money or for any amount of money.If you could please help me with this, I'd appreciate it.I am a single 70 yr old women with cancer, I want this done now

    They installed three doors, the front door is already sqeaking, and the latch plate does not fit the hole in the frame, you can also see daylight through the bottom seam of the door. The door from the kitchen to the garage was defective at the bottom, you can see daylight at the same place as the front door, it also does not close properly and the trim does not reach the floor on one side and there is exposed nails. The door from the garage to the outside was the wrong door, I ordered a shaker style and they put in a six panel, it is also out of allignment, and has exposed nails. I've tried to get all resolved but owner has some sort of problem with me and makes appointments then changes times then wants me to call the door manufactuer about the warranty. I'm at my **** end, I lost everything in hurricane *** can you please help?

    My service department and install crews have been to the home over 6 times to help resolve service issues for ****************. As the owner I personally have been to the home to discuss with ****************. He continues to call for service when there are no service issues. The manufacturer has responded with the same answers and will not replace his doors due to lack of warranted issues. 
    At this time **************** has no service issue that needs our attention and he should remove this incorrect and unnecessary complaint.

    He never installed the s**** caps on my windows and doors.  He installed a temporary 6 panel door from garage to out side per invoice attached ordered a shaker style.  I called Ace door for the warranty door and they said they are making a new door.  I tried to get the salesman *** to come and look at what he sold me and he won't come.

    THE NEW DOOR WILL BE ARRIVING SOON AND WE WILL INSTALL WHEN DELIVERED. THE ***** HOLES ARE FOR THE DOOR AND IT HAS BEEN EXPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES TO THE HOME HOWNER THAT THEY ARE TO BE FILLED PRIOR TO PAINTING. IT IS IN HIS CONTRACT WE DO NOT PROVIDE PAINT. THE HOME OWNER PROVIDED HIS OWN PERMIT AND WE ARE NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR ANYTHING AFTER THE INSTALLATION. THE HOME OWNER IS COMPLETELY AWARE OF THIS AND CONTINUES TO ADD ON ITEMS ON AFTER ANOTHER. AS SAID BEFORE WE HAVE BEEN TO THE HOME OVER 6 TIMES!!!

    I asked him one time about the s**** caps, and he said they would put them im after final inspection.  My windows are not being painted and no caps put on.  I think he is responsible for installing correctly, as you can see by the pictures it not the case.  He won't address the garage door to the outside its a 6panel and I ordered a shaker style.

    We contracted with All safe Windows and doors back on 8/23/2022 for 14 windows. After several months of waiting were told due to hurricane it was backed up. Called several times no answer no callback. Finally on or about May 6,2023 they installed 10 windows. The job was a mess and still is. Calking is terrible. When I asked installer about things all he kept saying was just install know nothing. Also constantly complained windows were measured wrong. Also said the windows he used were standard and in warehouse so why the wait. There are 4 windows that were not installed and cannot get an answer. They are not answering phone or calling back. Feel as if we are being ignored. Paid a deposit of$3500 and do not intend to pay anymore til job is done. If they cannot finish job I want an adjustment due to windows were pre hurricane priced.

    The customer was not ignored. I have spoken to her myself. The situation has been rectified, and a refund has been issued. The manufacturer could not produce her items in question so I adjusted her balance and refunded 4 the windows.
