            My AC had an issue that started the week of 5/1, I tried contacting the office but did not get a response as they rarely answer the phone. I finally got in contact with someone on 6/8 and a contractor was sent out who advised me that my AC was overheating and there was nothing he could do that day but will return the following day to fix the issue.Nevertheless the issue was resolved. Then I was hit with an unexpected light bill from Fpl for an amount of $281.71. Office was contacted and given this information and I was asked to provide evidence of two prior bills, which was sent the following day. I was given the run around for almost three weeks only for them to advised me that the broken AC was not the issue. My two bills for the months prior was for Apr $122.78 and Jun $131.51 and the projected for Aug is currently $133.34. A number was provided for cooperate but had no luck in speaking to anyone in regards to this.
