    On May 25th, 2023, I contacted Donado Auto Supplies My salesmen name *****************. I informed I was looks for a used transmission and gave him a part number. He informed me that they have in stock. The cost would be $2628.48 total. That is all charges. After a few weeks Around the second week in the month of June, I called back to *********** and asked where my transmission is. I was transfer to shipping and receiving to a person name ***. I was told they are checking it over. *** informed me it was ready and waiting on the shipping company. I called back again to ***, and he said it's ready to go. Around the 3rd, week in June I received the transmission, but it was wrong. Again, another call to ***. He informed me they have right transmission in stock, and they have to look it over. After making several more phone calls looking for my replacement, I kept getting excuses from ***. Around the first week of now month of July, I called again. *** now tells me they don't have the transmission and they are going to refund all my money back. After making several calls, I was transferred to another associate Name ****. she kept telling me 24/48 hours I will have it. On July 14th 2023 I received $1599.00. Again back on the phone with ****, telling me the balance of $1029.00 I will receive 24/48 hours. i made several more calls over the weeks I still have not received the balance as of this date August the 29th. 2023 My Order number is JC0205 Any help you can give me it would be greatly appreciated.Thank you ***************************

    I ordered an EJ255 engine for my ******* The invoice shows EJ255. But they sent an EJ20. When I contacted them by email, they asked for more photographic evidence, then proceeded to go silent for 10 days after I sent more photos. During this time I emailed them repeatedly. I finally reached them via phone today. Now they claim that more than 90 days have passed and will do nothing. It has not been more than 90 days since I received it, but if they're counting ship date then 90 days have passed only because they waited to respond to me.

    I ordered a motor from them. Back end of May. ( order # MM0016 ) early in June they took a security deposit of $777.48. On June 19th they said they couldnt find a shipping company. I was told at that time it would take 7 days for refund. Every time I call them they keep saying just wait its coming. My contacts are, Ashley ** billing,l-************ sales agent ********-**************.
