  I spent close to 5k parts and labor, that included., struts, ac blower and receptor, alignment and oil change which I provided my own full synthetic oil and filter neither of which they used. They used some off brand synthetic blend, and that caused my change oil engine lite to reflect right at 3k which full synthetic last til 5k., I had to bring the car back 4 times total to get the alignment done., which in itself is a hassle., the ac blower is not functioning properly only blows in high when in lower speeds it rattles. The bull c*** they tried to feed me was unbelievable but I was persistent. They blew my son off, so I had to get involved. The 1st estimate went from **** to like I said close to 5k but that included 4 struts., the lack of concern for my car by these guys is null. All I ever was told being it in drop it off we will take a look at it. Well what about all the money spent on Ubers when you should have done the job right initially and how about not using the products I provided what happened to that $50.00 container of oil., as well they punctured a hose that to my turbo and never once mentioned. Now **** dealership wants a bundle of money to fix what this company charged but didnt fix correctly. Im so discouraged and disappointed idk what else to do. I paid them in full and they half fixed my car and I dont trust them enough to take it back and let them touch anything PERIOD they are not honest and spoke so very disrespectful to me today. They ripped me off and its not fair the only thing done correctly was the struts. The ** is still not operational and I had to have oil changed due to light coming on when shorts have had an additional 2k miles based on synthetic oil used for my car. What a rip off this place is. They should refund my cost of parts and labor for ** and OIL change finally they aligned right after 3 tries and I should be able to recover rideshare fees plus inconvenience

  The last estimate is for transmission mount weve not had that done., but please see estimate to fix blower from estimate from **** dealer today
