  On 6/19/2023 I made ******* as down payment for iInvisalign , the process was to have taken two to four weeks.In August, I contacted the office after I did not receive a call about the stage of the process,, I was informed by **** the office contact , that they had not receive my product at time and that it would be in a week, I did not received a call , so after two weeks, I made another call and at that time I spoke to another office personnel who told me that she would let **** know, I never received a call , so I waited giving **** another week or so to call me back still did not get a call regarding my product. On September 06th 2023 I made a call to the office again explaining the reason for my call , this time I spoke with office personnel (***) she told me the **** could not come to the phone at the time, but she let him know after placing me on hold.I then made another call to the office after about 3hours because **** did not return my call, at this time *** said to me **** do not want to speak with you then she hung up the phone , I immediately called call and was told do not understand he do not want to talk to f.ing you I that left my job and went to the office. *** had left for the day, I met two office personnel who give me my ledger and had me speak with the Office Manager **** , I told him I wanted my money back and also my coinsurance and was terminating all business with the office with immediate effect .The dental technician assure me following my conversation with **** that my product was not even ordered , as she give me my ledger.**** then called me less than a week telling my product was in the office . I than told him I am absolutely not going to. Continue doing business with them, at this he told me I am not going to get any money back as they had already got the product.I was reimbursed by my credit card company, however I am still owed my coinsurance, which TranZenDental is refusing to refund me even after several calls .

  We dispute this complaint and claim. In reality, ******************** has a balance of account. She Signed her Tx plan, received the services to completion. The most she can complain about is that her ortho treatment took time due to lab complications.  She is not due a refund and in fact has a bala

  The service was never completed., 

  I never returned to the office after the verbal abuse ,there was no reason for the delay after waiting almost 3mths , and no calls from the office. I also withdrew my consent for treatment by Email and a certified mail,due to distrust base on the my experience and failure to provide timely service. 
  The company is still holding  my co insurance, which is not there money.
