Worst builder available. Everything falls apart. They use the cheapest materials for everything you have in your home. Everything included and everything is garbage is what it should say. These are $120,000 homes selling for $350-370 plus. If I had known the house next door to mine sold for $150,000 cheaper a year before I bought it I would have never moved into this dump. Stay away these are fake home builders. Anyone else I mean anyone else with a reputation can build you a better house. Also on here it says they've been in business for 22 years that is a lie. They didn't come about until 2017 or so. Garbage Company shouldn't even be allowed to call themselves a company. Do not waste your money

While no specifics were given as to what aspects of the home youve taken issue with, we use only high quality materials and offer comprehensive warranties. If you have issues with anything in your home, you should contact the warranty company so they can remedy these problems.

DON'T USE THIS BUILDER! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY AFTER 12 MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP! We're very sorry we went with this builder. Several major issues with the house after living here 18 months. Of course, they have a scripted answer for everything. We've been told is it is our responsibility! Their warranties are a JOKE! Now I know why they are not BBB Accredited! GulfStar Homes provides a one-year builder's warranty together with a 2/10 Extended Builder's Warranty to all of it's home buyers. This is standard in the building industry in SW *******. All warranties have an end date at which time coverage ends and repairs become the homeowners' responsibility if not covered by the extended warranty or any manufacturers' warranty.
