BBB has received Scam Tracker reports and Customer reviews concerning this business. Consumers are reporting they make a purchase online, giving personal and credit card information; the next day the business cancels the order but now has access to the consumer information.

"BEWARE, Next day refund, probably gathering personal info. I should have trusted many of the other reviews out there about this company being a scam, but their prices were just good enough to not be too suspicious. They let you place an order and the next day refund it. As many others have speculated, probably to gather personal information and I really hope not to steal credit card info. The fact that their address is a home in Florida and their phone number is weird, should have tipped me off even more. I don't know how there are so many good reviews out there about them, they must create them themselves."

"Advertise a product at discounted price. Process your order with credit card and personal information. Then the next day they cancel the order and issue a refund. I assume this is to gain access to your personal information and credit card information. There are several reviews where they have done this to others."

"I thought I was buying a product from a legitimate website for my niece online, but afterwards I never got a confirmation to my e-mail and I had already entered all of my credit card information and personal information into the site. Little did I know it was a scam and I got my credit card stolen and a ton of transactions I did not approve purchases for that was over $500.00. I hardly ever use my credit card so I knew this had to be the place because there was no purchase follow through. Do not use this website for anything, it needs to be taken down and stopped. I had to repurchase elsewhere in time for Christmas and I lost so much time trying to stop future transactions through numerous phone calls and forms I had to fill out to stop the fraud."
