It was 1 of the most stressful experiences ever. Almost sued them Total spent - $18679 w/a $5500 deposit to **** ******* ***** aka **** ruined this restoration project Upon arrival I then find out all body work is done off site by (***** at ************************** Shop)+$200 cost for tows. I later decided to get a $2000 paint job **** offered & have vmail proof but he lied & said he had no involvement on FB I Wasted $600 on a FL trip, got there & not "finished" - see video **** said car will be ready that day. I got no call so traveled home. Icing on the cake = I caught covid during this trip.**** called days later "vehicle was ready" again. My brother went this ********* wasnt ready again, ***** told my bro he fired the paint guy. After back & 4th w/body shop, ***** said send me the pictures, Ill take care of it, come over here & pay for the car & get it out of here Deceiving During a visit, I realized **** chose (w/out my consent) to fix the hood due to not being able to find a used hood at a new cost of $1000. I would have bought a temp $350 fiberglass.I hired **** for this project & was forced to only deal with a body shop to which I had zero documentation from & wasn't able to vet ********* bill The bill from **** was different than outsourced body shop bill. ***** at body shop told me to contact ****, **** ignored ********** wouldn't talk to ****.Spoke w/***** 8/24/24, I told him I was willing & prepared to spend 1000's to sue them over the ******** closed the deal after that.I still have no full itemized bill from either ******** I never asked for discounts & even wasted $60 on pizza for body shop. **** seems nice but has no honor or integrity & isn't competent enough for serious jobs.I will never return. I wanted good vibes, & got trash. For every lie, I have proof it's a lie.

I had a restored **** ** bus that I took for improvements to ***************************** Toys (S&ST). Over the course of more than a year my ** was stuck at S&ST waiting for repairs. I was told told multiple times my ** would be ready next week but wasn't ready for months. When I tried to pickup the ** after S&ST claimed it was ready, the ** broke down within a couple of miles of S&ST. The ** was repeated repaired improperly. It was clear S&ST didn't test drive my ** before claiming it was ready. Items on the car such as the speedometer, gas gauge, gear shift, windshield wipers, and lights that worked properly were actually broken during work performed by S&ST. After about 4 faulty repairs, the owner of this business towed the ** to my home. I drove the ** less 2 miles after it was dropped off. At this point the left driver's side wheel completely fell off. I had the ** towed to ********************* in Jupiter to determine what happened. They found S&ST forgot to put the ****** pins in both rear wheels. These pins were essential to prevent the wheels from falling off the **. I could have been killed if these wheels fell on the highway. Coincidentally, there was another old ** Bus towed to Beards garage that had just been repaired by S&ST where the engine blew up just after it had been repaired.I spent about $15,000 in repairs to S&ST. Two of the major projects were (1) to replace the engine with a bigger REBUILT engine and (2) install a new Air Conditioner. Another garage Auto Sleuths in Jupiter found when changing the oil that there was no way my ** engine was rebuilt because the oil looked like sludge. Also, they found that a "** beetle" rear end had been improperly and force ably installed in my "** bus" causing the rear wheels to dangerously bow inward. Also one of the bolts on the "Rebuilt" engine oil pan was missing causing the oil pan to leak. They found that the speedometer didn't work because S&ST tried to bolt a cable too tightly to the back of the speedometer.
