They sent me a **** tracking number for the free t shirt. That came and on the note it said that said the battery will be shipped separately. I didn't think nothing of it. The battery was shipped from ***** and I never received a tracking number. *****. ***** delivered the package and since I wasn't home or didn't plan for it to arrive it was stolen. I didn't get a tracking number until 2 days after the delivered date. Now I am out $350 cause they didn't insure the package, and won't refund or send a replacement. Don't do business with them, go somewhere like *********** or buy it in person. Completely unprofessional

Hello, ************************,We do apologize for any inconvenience. One of our reps ******** you that your battery was shipped from another warehouse, in which when she received that tracking numbers, she sent it over to you first thing.Once we hand the package over to the carrier, we unfortunately, have no control over delivery. ***** delivered to the address on file and provided a photo of delivery. ***** nor Big Jeff Audio can anticipate a package being stolen after delivery, that is why we do have a shipping protection that covers stolen and lost packages.We then looked into the photo of delivery and you stated that yes, that package was indeed delivered to your house. With admission of the photo of delivery and *****'s photo for record, when the ***** claim was submitted, it was denied. Then unfortunately, you contacted us after the chargeback was not found in your favor, in which at that time, there would be nothing further we could do.I do apologize again for your dissatisfaction ************************, we did offer you a future discount on your next purchase if applicable.Review from Levi D

Ordered 2 ds18 hooligan 15s. One came in a box that was sealed from ds18 and one came in the box with some blue tape around it so it's been opened.. the one that came in the bad box had a scratch on the aluminum gasket, a dent in the frame, glue on the surround, and the coil is crooked in the gap and causing rubbing but I didn't notice till after the sub started breaking in because the suspension was tight but after breakin in the coil moved more and then I noticed the sound and looked at it..I noticed the scratch and dent and little bit of glue on the surround when I first opened it but I didn't care bout that I was gonna keep it but I couldn't tell the rubbing till it broke in some but now it's been past 14 days so I'm stuck with the sub now and they said there's no way to tell if I caused the damage or not but obviously this is not a brand new sub and they can see that by lookin at the serial number..
