            On 2/26/2021 I hired Decorative Concrete Kings LLC to apply a concrete overly, design and Epoxy my garage at above address **** ******** ***** *** ******** * ******* ***** . Job was completed Cody ( owner ) was paid $3,800.00. I have had multiple compliments on a beautiful driveway .I have referred multiple people to his business.Cody has personally Thanked me for the many referrals..I hired him again 6/8/2023 to apply an overly and Epoxy my garage at a 2 nd home 1166 Hatfield Terrance The villages , Florida 32163 .As of today the drive way is showing signs of wear, and needs to be touched up and resealed, the 2nd home garage need touch up of areas that sealer was not applied . I have made multiple phone calls, left repeated messages. Cory has made NO attempt to call me back, or send text message to answer my requests for products he has used or come by and fix the problem himself ..I will not refer any more people to his business due to his lack of concern for his customers, or his future customers ..He does not stand behind the product he delivers or guarantee/ warranty his work.I have requested the name of the product he uses so I can hire someone else to apply it. … I’m merely trying to protect my investment

            We hired Decorative Concrete Kings L.L.C.on 5/27/22 to resurface our driveway , walkway and birdcage. It was finished on 6/29/22, with a three year full warranty on all concrete surfaces. Signed by Cody M******. In July 2022 we had some staining on the driveway, I called several times and sent Cody a text. On 7/14/22 he showed up and removed the staining from the driveway and also informed us the chemical he was using in case we had further staining. In August we noticed it was chipping and cracking on the edges where the concrete meets together. After several phones calls Cody M****** visited our home on September 16, 22. Looked at the problems and said he would be back the next Friday, September 23, 22, to clean out and repair the edging stress valleys and repaint and reseal driveway. After calling him over 10 times and sending a text with pictures we have had no response. We have reminded him of his contract and inquired when he was going to come back and repair the driveway and walkway. As of this date 11/6/2022 we still have no response from Cody. At this time we are continuing to leave messages once a week. Please see below a list of the 3 year warranty, Contract/ forms.

            May 27-28 2021 installed decorative concrete to my driveway. job was completed and paid $3,300 full payment due. After a couple months serious problems started to appear. I have been trying to get them to come out and look at issues but they do not respond. My warranty expires the 28th of May 2022 and I am very concerned
