    Total SCAM! In October of 2022, I took my daughter to a new dentist. The dental office had us sign up for a membership that cost $19/month for uninsured patients. I did sign up HOWEVER the next time I called to make an appt for my daughter, this place went out of business! No notice, no news, nothing. Just gone. But this Member program keeps charging my creidt card every month. I have contacted them numerous times via phone and email; left voice messages. **** have never ************* my call or replied to my emails. I changed my credit card #, they still charged me. I had my credit card put stop payment to that merchant and they changed the spelling of their name to bypass it and charge me again. This is absolutely insane these people think they have a right to my money when they offered me absolutely nothing. I have spent a lot of time fighting against this to no avail. I want my money back and I want them to stop stealing from me.

    In May my wife had an appointment at Canopy Oaks Dental. Her insurance was no longer accepted so she was talked into signing up for Proactive Dental Solution discount program and was told she could cancel at any time. After 5 months we attempted to cancel the service by emailing a request to the Narducci email address listed in the terms and conditions. The email bounced because the address listed had 3 Cs instead of 2. So we re-sent the request to cancel and received no reply. We attempted a few more emails, and also called several times to the 3 numbers listed on the Proactive Dental Solution website. One of those numbers now appears to be associated with a different company, the other two go to voicemails that are either full, or if not full have yet to receive a reply to any messages left. We also submitted a request via the contact us form on the Proactive Dental Solution website. We called *********** Dental and were told we needed to contact Proactive/Narducci dental to cancel the plan, and this has all been going in a loop. I contacted *********** again today and had to leave a message, and was also told *********** is switching to different ownership and is no longer associated with Narducci Dental We need to cancel this service, even if that means we have to pay for 12 months of service, we want to know that we will not be charged any more after the 5 remaining months of the initial 12.

    I was going to **** ****** Dental, couple years ago, located @ **** ** **** *********** ***** ********* *** ****** one of the offices owned by th Narducci Dental Group,I received a bill dated 07/05/2023, for services 4/29/2021 , 06/28/2021,from 2 yearsago, I would always pay my bill,and make sure before I leave ask what I own, well to try and make a long story short, On the 3 pgs. I uploadesd will show I useded my care credit card to pay for my scaling & Arestin treatment for $329.25, then on 06/28/2021,I was given 3 fillings, when he was finished as usual I ask receptionist how much I owe, Receptionist said $90.00,I that was with care credit also, I have all my receipts whatever form of payment I use. I said then Im all paid, and no balances, she replied yes, well in a nut shell I do not owe **** ****** Dental anything, the word is out they sent a lot of patients out dated bills, I received 3 pg bill bout 7-18-2023, I immediately call one of their office ****** *** *********** ** ***** ** **** ********** ** ***** ***** ******** , I was told by business next door they were handiling **** ****** Dental patients, I called 07/19/2023 , l spoke to receptionist ,said will pass my ph#,name and reason for calling to whoever was handling this situation, well no one ever called,waited 3 business days, called again 7/25/2023 bout 1:30pm , no answer ,left message stateing no one had returned my call concerning bill,now 5 business days pasted, When I was a patient at Easy Street, I could rarely get anyone to call me back, I would drive up to office to make appts, and try to speak to someone, or make appt, Okay today is 07/27/2023 still no call today, I just want a statement showing I do not owe them anything, and make sure this is noted in their system. Thank you for you attention in resoving this matter ***** * ******* ***** ********
