This is the third time I am informing your company not to send any employees to my property. After a terrible experience with your lawn serviceswhere I was charged for multiple services that were never completedI canceled the Termite installation scheduled by the builder over a year ago.Despite this, your technician recently entered my property without notice, opened my backyard fence, removed all base Termite stations, and left holes around the perimeter. This is completely unacceptable.Your company's lack of professionalism is concerning. I expect a resolution to this issue, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action.Massey Services, Inc. I was charged for services after I cancelled. they only quit spraying because there was a balance due (for services after I cancelled and paid final invoice) I understand that mistakes happen, but they were unwilling to help and demanded payment in full. Hello Everyone,Massey Lawn service and any services they provide are way sub-par to what other competitors in the same field are offering. My backyard and front yard lawn have been destroyed by Massey. in less than 2 years my lawns have been gone.Each time I contacted some wannabe manager about my backyard it was always an excuse, your lawn needs more sun, or it is not exposed correctly, or your dogs are doing this, we are in ******* for crying out loud not enough sun!! I had to redo my entire backyard with grass on my own.They never said sorry we screwed up, we do not know what we are doing!I went on vacation in June this year and came back 2 weeks later with a notice from my HOA to take care of my front yard apparently that was ravaged with chinch bug, Massey only response was to replace it for $1,000 and guarantee for a year. What did I pay you for this all time! no thank you!No one came to apologize, only after I called 3 times some new manager came and offered to treat the lawn for free for 2 months, guess what? they never came back and when I called to inquire about it, they said the guy was on leave!! unreal!!I asked them to take me off every single contract, termite, pest services, irrigation and lawn but I guess they do not understand or do not want to, they keep calling and asking for payments and I keep telling them I do not want to do any business with them and now they sent me to collection for non payment!!If I could give 0 stars I would!! do not use Massey for anything!Their website is also designed poorly, you can never access anything even when you ask to change your password. A truly horrible and very disappointing experience overall I would never recommend this company to anyone.Massey Services, Inc. Response

BBB,I wanted to provide an update to my original input. On Nov 19th the regional manager, **** Block, left me a message saying he had reviewed my situation and would be refunding my last moths payment. He said it would take a "few" days to make it happen. I tried to call the number he left me and got their corporate switchboard. After 10 minutes I got ***** the line. I gave her the name and extension of Mr. ****** I was put on hold for another 10 minutes before giving up. Since then I've neither heard nor seen anything from ************************, a full month later I know that Massey isn't going to keep their word. I'll start sharing my story with everyone I can to prevent anyone else from being ripped off by this unscrupulous business.Vr *** ******Massey Services, Inc. Response

Massy lawn serevice i the worst!My b lawn was in great shape last spring but i knew i had to be gone for 6-7 months so I hired Massy to look after it while i b was gone. I came back to such a mess my only solution is to resod the whole lawn.Massey Services, Inc. Response

I canceled my lawn service with Massey Services today as my ****************** has declined since they started service on my yard. My immediate neighbor has had the same problems in their yard since using Massey. I've tried speaking to Massey more than once about the shape of my yard and have never been offered advice on how to "fix" it. They would just come by, spray and leave and send a ******* security camera caught one of their techs talking to my neighbor today and he blames my yard for her yard's decline even though the brown spots started in their yard first. Wow, way unprofessional!!!Definitely do not recommend Massey Services for anything!Massey Services, Inc. Response

I recently declined to renew my contract with Massey Landscape Services. In the year I was with them my yard looked the worst since I moved in 8 years ago. The promises they made were not fulfilled. The average service call was about ***** minutes long. I have a ****** square foot lot which takes that long just to cross. Every time we told the tech about weeds or dead spots he said we either over or under watered. Once he said that about a shrub despite the shrubs on either side were in great shape. He reluctantly treated it and it did better. Despite my request for notification before the calls because of my dogs the tech would show up with no notice. In August I looked out to see a stranger walking thru my backyard. When I asked who he was he said he was there to aerate the grass. I called the manager to complain about that and let him know why I wasnt renewing my contract in Oct. He tap danced me about everything, including why I never got the bi-monthly lawn analysis the contract call for. I received no service call in Sept at all. After the Hurricane I called the main office to find out why. I was told they would have the manager call me. About 2 weeks later he called and tried to tell me that I had canceled the contract. I reminded him of out earlier conversation and asked why I would cancel with one month left. I told him I wanted a service call or a refund for the last month payment. He promised the tech would be out the next day. A week later, having not seen the tech, I emailed the companies ****** website about the issue. The response was they were sending my complaint to the manager who had already blown me off. Never heard from him. So as of now I havent seen a refund. I found this whole episode a sad example of customer ********************** by ***** and would never recommend them to anyone.Massey Services, Inc. Response

I paid for one year upfront. At the end of year I called them and ask them if they can reduce the price. They said we could give you 5% off. I replied no thanks. I will find another contractor. Three months later, they came by and sprayed my yard without my consent. They sent me a bill for $95 for the application they did without my permission. I called him up and told him I will not be making this payment. I do not have a contract with you and young lady on the other end of the phone said, roll over our contracts . I said not without my consent and the story I thought now they sent it to a collection agency. What a first class outfit. Plus, they couldnt get rid of a weed if a steering right in their face. I have been a MASSEY customer for at least 20 years. I have them for the lawn, inside and termite control. Have been pleased with the service until this year. At least three of my neighbors that I personally know have stopped the lawn care.I'm close to doing that also.Last year I spent some hundreds of dollars to have a special treatment done to the lawn. It looked fine until this year. The tech does come and spray and listen to my tale of woe, but it seems that since Mr. ******************** has died, the service has also died.Either the gov't has restricted what chemicals cloud be put down , the ******************** powers to be have started to skimp on what is put down,OR as I recently read, St. ********* grass (like everything that grows ) has a life span and it's time for a new lawn..I wish I knew the answer.Massey Services, Inc. This company just collect money. They never call when they do service never proof paper.Finaly, they did service like they said never was done and I had a withdraw balance Never ever use this service again. Managment is unprofessional people and spoke not polite.If i can i put 0 in there service.
