I hired and paid for some new windows from Window World . They came and I stalled them and when I went outside to see the finishing job I was in shock. The workers had left gobs of caulking all around the window and on my window ***** has hand prints of caulking all over them. I asked the worker if they were going to fix the mess and he said no I would have to hire someone to repaint. I had just had my houses paint red a few years before this. I called and submitted photos to Window World and all I got was that this happens. I was appalled at that answer . I asked for some compensation and was denied, then they blast the drilled s**** hole empty so I called and it took a few weeks but finally dropped off what I call stickers to cover the holes , not plugs. All and all I would never recommend them. Sloppy work and not much pride in their work.

As we expressed before we apologize for the inconvenience and your displeasure. Your concerns were not taken lightly and were handled internally. As we explained it is sometimes hard to get a clean straight edge with the caulk on a stucco home. ** offered to come over and touch up the paint around the windows which you declined. We have no record of you asking for compensation. The stickers you are referring to are adhesive vinyl to match the window and made for that application specifically. Need to vet and train installers better. Ordered my windows March 4th 2024, and installed the first time July 17th 2024. My screen door was put in backwards and several other issues. I called to report the issues and talked with ******. I got nothing but excuses and defense of their contractors with everything I said. That evening we noticed more issues including the door lock on the sliding door. A person came out to fix it and reported back about how bad the installation was. ****** changed her toon and apologized and set in motion to fix everything. 1 top window had to be replaced, a picture window also, a frame around a double slider window, a whole the made in the drywall fixed (originally filled with silicone, chunks taken out of window *****, exacto knife slashes on my stucco, tons of screws including a pile on my driveway where my wife parks, all the trash from the install, horrific caulking around the windows that cant be fixed I guess and the sliding glass door that they put in opening in the wrong direction. They took weeks to get someone out to do a punch list of everything needed. September 20th everything got fixed except the sliding glass door because the installer didnt have everything that was needed. He came back Sunday the 22 and finished that up. Now on Wednesday the 25 of September the final inspection will be done. A project I was told would take about six weeks was finally done 6 months later. After having to make myself available multiple time when I shouldnt have had to, deal with ****** on my first phone call and her attitude in customer service, having to re arrange my house twice so the installers could get to the windows, having to clean the windows from all the sweat marks that ran down the windows (disgusting). And stickers in my windows for months, the best they can do is take $400 off my windows for having to deal with all of that. I would not recommend these people to my ex-wife and that is saying a lot. We had our new windows and sliding glass doors put in a few years ago and loved them until our biggest sliding glass don't started giving us problems. After several service calls it was discovered the installer had installed the bottom track wrong. A new track was ordered in June 2021. At first we were told it would arrive in September, then October, then December until they finally gave up and said they had no idea when it would be manufactured. Two weeks ago I got a call saying they are going to replace the whole door frame and set a date for the repair. Finally, our door is going to be repaired, but not so fast. The day before this repair I get a call saying it must be put off another week. Even with the pandemic, this is unacceptable. We chose Window World of Ocala over Window World of Orlando because of bad reviews concerning their customer service. After initially recommending Window World of Ocala to friends and neighbors I can no longer recommend them to anyone.
