I do not recommend using Lightning Restoration. They started quickly but the project dragged on longer than anticipated. They were difficult to work with insurance. They were not always responsive in getting back to me in a timely manner. After the estimate, the costs did rise which seemed justified to an extent. They cut a wire while fixing the drywall. This caused the circuit breaker to keep tripping. I had to call electric company to come out and run a new wire. They stated what they thought happened. I gave all the documentation to lightning restoration and they did not take any responsibility at all. I had paid the bill minus the electric portion as I thought everything was fine. 8 months later they contacted me saying that they're going to issue a collections letter. There was also a couple of things missing from the house that they had packed up, such as an internet router and some pieces of jewelry. We just chalked it up to there was a lot going on but I really do question them. Their bill is very confusing and very long. Even the insurance agent thought it was a bit much and confusing. Just beware!

This is a slanderous review that is completely false, created by a person who is trying to avoid paying their outstanding invoice. In the year that we have been working to collect on this file, we have NEVER heard a single thing about items that were missing from the house. I would like to request a copy of a police report, in reference to the missing items. I am sure that this does not exist and this is just another attempt to avoid paying our outstanding invoice. At this time, this file is being forwarded to our attorneys to investigate and bring charges for libel.Review from Ja B
