11:37 AM (4 hours ago)tomeCustomer is 100% wrong at every aspect. We are an LLC in ******* and run multiple websites. We don't hide behind anything.Customer ordered a pool on May 18thWE shipped it on May 19th.Pretty fast eh?We send pics on how it left us so they can see how it arrives and sign the *** accordingly.Pool delivered in less than a weeks time.Fast yea?UPS Freight left pool at house in street due to their COVID policies.Customer sent pics of the pool which looked exactly like it did when it left us except for some torn shrink wrap.Customer emailed us threatening to come to ******* and calling lawyers and would won't even look and take pics of the "damage" he claimed.Customer had pool installed the following weekend with no issues to our knowledge. We started a Memorial Day sale on the weekend days after his order was shipped and he DEMANDED he get a sale price. We don't go back and give sale prices on previous purchases. Do we refund customers on sale prices for weeks, months, years back? Where does it stop.We have complete email threads of the bipolar nature of this Customer if anyone needs to reference it at any point.*Some consumers may elect to not publish the details of their complaints, some complaints may not meet BBB's standards for publication, or BBB may display a portion of complaints when a high volume is received for a particular business. ↩
