This company was quick to put in a new system for us but to have them come back to finish putting in a simple thermostat is ridiculous. They have scheduled six times and never showed. When I called the office I barely get an apology. I get put on hold for at least 15 minutes at a time. This company is unbelievable. It should not be in business. I am putting it out to anyone on social media not to trust this company. all I want is a simple thermostat, probably a 15 minute job if that. They were supposed to put it in the day that they put the service in but they forgot. Now they just wont show up. I hope I dont have any problems with this unit. I would absolutely hate to have to call them again.Review from Faye T.

I ***orted water damage due to AC malfunction., they never sent a *** to my home to assess damage. After 2 months of trying to get someone here to assess I finally was told no compensation for damage & without any explanation or visual assessment they just hung up.Review from ALAN B

One of the worse companies I have ever had the misfortune of working with. They don't show up and they don't call to tell you thay are not showing up. They are rude and unhelpful. Their *************** lied to me about the new unit.Review from William W

After a rocky start- the Company leadership went through hoops and hurdles to correct the mistake made by one of their technicians when damage to the coil occurred. They got me cold air running (temp fix), and then followed up with promised replacement a/c to make things square- since buying a new unit and all. -I have to admit I was worried, but they now are going to come through. The previous review submitted needs to be amended, and this one stand in its place. I'm very glad (and grateful) they called come Monday, and now are replacing the unit this Thursday. I was worried- honestly, but now am on former ground. Thank you Superior Heating And Cooling for getting squared-away!Review from Jody L

We just had a service call from Superior Heating and Cooling because our AC was not working. A service tech was at our home in an hour. The most pleasant and knowledgeable tech by the name of Shaun showed up. Our AC was installed in 2006 and has seen better days, We knew this day was coming it was also 92 degrees outside and 89 inside. We knew it was time to purchase a new unit. Shawn took his time to explain everything to us. I would recommend Superior Heating and Cooling Management, Inc. to everyone!!!!! We would like to thank them for their fast Service and Shawn. Called superior air because my air went out and their sticker was on the air cond. We had just bought this house 3 months prior and come to find out there was a service agreement with Superior well they wanted 1600 dollars to fix it with no guarantee's that it would work. So they told us we could get a new one for 9,000 or we could get a cheap one for 7,000. We told them no thanks and called Rosensteel's and got it fixed for 325.00. BEWARE!!

Had issues with AC of course. ***** and ************, worked as expeditiously as humanly possible.Superior, as a company has always been fair and always resolved any issues I may have had in the past.I would recommend Superior to anyone and have referred them to other people in *********** where I reside. Cannot thank them enough for coming to my aid when they did. As always,**************
