    Package was returned to sender *** states at sender's request. an error on the address needed to be corrected but sender did not allow this to happen and wants to charge me for the return. I want a refund of the whole amount.

    We issued a full refund on December 13, 2024 via ****** as customer requested. Customer entered an invalid address and package was returned to sender by *** due to the address error. Please see attached order confirmation and ****** refund documentation.

    This business received money via wire transfer. After 16 days and multiple phone calls to the company, they are claiming they have not received the money and refuse to ship the product. They have been provided multiple files showing proof that we sent the money and they have confirmed it went to the correct account information. At this time we are still being refused the product.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We resolved this issue after filing the complaint and Hodges Marine's owner has been very responsive. Product was received via *** this morning.

    On are about 4/30/23 I purchased a fish finder transducer. On 5/1/23 I got shipping confirmation and a tracking number which i checked numerous times it shows label made and nothing further. On 5/10/23 I began inquiring about a refund and was told an investigation by ***** was initiated that should be between Hodges and ***** not me I dealt with Hodges not ***** I waited till 5/18/23 tried to reach out again was promised a phone call I didn't get it are anything else so I am moving forward.

    A refund was issued through PayPal on May 24, 2023. (Refunded Amount $148.85. Paypal Transaction ID: "*****************") Please see attached refund from transaction from paypal and credit memo. The order shipped on May 1st via ***** and a claim was started on May 10th. The package was lost in-transit. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I bought this product and feel I was misrepresented this unit was supposed to do things that were advertised and when I received the product it was not something that this device did I received it as a gift tried to install it plugged it in realized what it was in capable of unplugged it and sent it back received a note that they call that damaged because it was installed and they aren't willing to give me a full refund nor admit that their advertising was misleading I have only received one note sent that saying that they were super busy and they would get back to me I am waiting and I am at the end of my rope they have my product and my money and I want this resolved
