15/02/23 Confirmation and *** details provided. 07/03/23 Emailed to follow up as *** tracking had not updated 15/03/23 Emailed to follow up as no response 16/03/23 Merchline advise the item was picked up by *** but they would follow up with ***. 26/03/23 Emailed to follow up as no update provided 29/03/23 Merchline offer to ship the same item a second time 05/04/23 I email and accept the offer having given enough time for the first item to be delivered. 27/04/23 I email to follow up as I havent received notification of shipment. I have since contacted *** to query the original delivery. They advise me that they havent been able to pick up the first package and that no investigation/dispute has been raised by Merchline to trigger them to look into the case further. That it remains as unable to be collected. As at the 08/05 I have yet to receive a reply to my 27/04 email. Purchased $462.30 USD worth of Dude Perfect merchandise on November 18, 2022. They accommodated a change of shipping address, because after two weeks, the order had not shipped. We are in ******, so the shipping is quite costly and we were visiting the US so it seemed like a win to save on shipping and get the products faster. They let us know they no longer had all the products so we had to reorder other things that were no longer on sale.They shipped to a box that holds the items. The first batch didn't arrive until Christmas eve - with the 2 hr drive and a storm, it wasn't possible to jump in the car and grab them. We picked them up - without incidence, after Christmas. Obviously disappointing as it was a large portion of our Christmas gifts. They sent an email with shipping details of the remaining product. The tracking said delivered but they never arrived there. We contact Dude Perfect and Merch Line (who fulfills their orders) several times and have had no success. We adore Dude Perfect but are quite disappointed in this experience. The outstanding product is a hoodie. Their email said sweatpants were a part of this order too, which has me wondering if they charged us for an extra pair of sweatpants we did not order. $60 USD is not worth all the work to recover but this not also not ok. I would like a refund for products not received.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Technoblade So Long Nerds Tee (black, size small) for my daughter on July 1, 2022, for $72 CAD and received a confirmation email that day. Since then I have received no further communication about my order. On October 10, 2022, I reached out to customer support via the ********************** website and my order has not been delivered nor have I heard any response from the company. I ordered a Dude Perfect bundle on 11/27/2022 for $48.48 that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Merchline immediately took my money and ************************************************ responded to the multiple emails I have sent. I wanted a refund so that I could buy my son something else for Christmas. Now I have had to file a claim through my bank to get my money back. There is just no excuse for this horrible customer service or stealing. I am very disappointed that Dude Perfect is using this company. Completely unethical.Initial Complaint

On November 17, 2022, I placed an order for Dude Perfect merchandise for Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. This order totaled $107.01 and my charge card was immediately charged. As of December 10, I have not received the order. There is no phone number or chat feature to communicate with this company about this order. They instruct customers to email which I did. I received an auto response from ******* that they are experiencing a high volume of emails and that I should only email once or I will lose my place in the queue. I tried calling and got a recorded message that they do not handle order inquiries over the phone and that I should email. After ordering and receiving no merchandise, I continued getting emails encouraging me to order more merchandise and that I would receive it before Christmas! I would like to receive this merchandise for my grandchildren before Christmas. Otherwise, I am requesting a refund from this company.Customer response

I purchased two technoblade hoodies on October 25th, they supposedly got here on the 29th. Never received the items, **** closed my two service requests after no luck finding the packages. I ordered 1 "Good Game Hoodie (Black) - Small / Black 1" from technoblade.com on July 5, 2022. I paid $74.36 for it. I selected economy shipping. Merchline claims that the time in transit, though not guaranteed, should be about 3-8 days. I thought that didn't sound too bad, so I selected it.The order number is TECHNOB167753 and the tracking number is **********************************. When I ordered, I received a confirmation e-mail saying that my order would ship mid- to late-August. I finally got a notification that my order's "shipping label created, **** awaiting item" on September 1, 2022. On September 2, 2022, I received a notification that my order had "departed shipping partner facility, **** awaiting item". Considering it is now October 30, 2022, my order has been in transit for almost two months and still has not been received by ****. There have been no new updates via package tracking. This is way over 3-8 days.I have tried to contact the business three times: once through the Technoblade merch shop customer support, once by emailing the contact on the Technoblade merch website ************************ and once by trying to directly email Merchline by sending an email to support@merchline.com. The first inquiry I sent through customer support was done back in September, and I received an (probably automated) email on September 12, 2022 claiming that I would be able to talk to someone about my order soon. No one ever contacted me back after that, so I recently decided to try emailing again. I sent an email to *********************** on October 26, 2022 and an email to support@merchline.com on the same day. I received emails, both of which I assume are automated, from the Technoblade.com Customer Support and ******************** Customer Support on October 26 after I sent my email. But I have yet to receive an actual email with any help.I really don't want to have to ask for a refund. I would just like my hoodie to please be delivered.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I submitted a complaint about the company Merchline.com, Inc. on the BBB website and it was closed without a response from the company. However, the company has recently contacted me through my personal email and my issue has been resolved.

On July 5, 2022, my 16 year old daughter placed an order on the technoblade.com website for A sweatshirt and a t-shirt. On September 5, 2022, she received an email stating the order had been shipped and both items were listed. On September 13, 2022, the package was delivered but only the sweatshirt was included. She immediately sent an email to the support address listed on the website. She received an automated response, waited for a real response, and when none was received, sent a second email on September 25, 2022. She received another automated repose, waited until early October and when no specific response was received, she sent an online request through the website. Again, there was no response and so we are now turning to you for help. We are asking for the t-shirt to be shipped or for a refund to be granted. There is no reason for a legitimate company to fail to respond to multiple requests to correct an issue that was caused by their error in failing to ship both items.Copies of the order confirmation, along with the shipping email, and her emails to the support address are included. We do not have a copy of the online request as it was done through the websites form.Initial Complaint

On July 15, 2022 I placed order TECHNOB179870. At that time my credit card was charged the full amount. I have sent emails inquiring into the delivery but only receive automated responses. It has been 13 weeks since ordering. I would prefer to actually receive my order. If that is not going to be possible then I would like a refund.Customer response

Technoblade shirt was ordered on 8/28/2022. Paid $41.56 for item. Have not received shirt. Emailed the company several times, with NO response. They will not answer phone call and I have absolutely no way to rectify the situation. This is the worst company ever!!
