  I found this *** ***** **** ******* on ******** marketplace place to build my kitchen cabinets for my kitchen. He came In September 21st of 2024 and gives me a sketch drawing to be built. Everything looks good and I ask him how long is going to take for you to build this. He said two weeks and how much he said 8k for everything and he said 50 percent down payment and another 30 percent when the delivery of the cabinets comes in. Im like okay I give him 4k check first then after two weeks the came in with some of the cabinets no doors just boxes and he was like my friend I needed the 30 percent so I give me ***** dollars check. They left and after few days I texted him when are you going to be able to finish my kitchen cabinets since my payments was already been 80 percent and he gives an date after one month he say it will be done 100 percent then nothing was done due to some reasons. Lots for reasons he doesnt have a truck. He has to do another job somewhere else and he fires two of his guys and etc. I didnt have a microwave oven for a month because its not installed and the cabinets are not done. So 1 month and 1 week microwave on the floor never installed. Few of the cabinets underneath of my kitchen island none of them installed. Panels and shelves different color. Door handles are very sharp edges panels of the very bottom sides stays deteriorating because the wood hes used is very cheap on this panels. So I told him hey if you can finish Saturday October 26 I will call this off. I didnt say anything like calling it off like bring him to the court I was just gonna try to see whats the best option to finish my cabinet because I know for sure that he wont be able to finish it for another 2weeks. So he was like you know what Im tired of your comments that I tried to stop him finishing the job. Which is not true I beg him all the Time to finish your job because the other people needs to do the backsplash. And he was like I will take you to the court. I nee

  I have to add more messages because the my messages was not done. So this guy ***** ******* was threatening me to bring me to court because he said that I didnt allow him to finish the job right because he said theres was no timeline on our contract. Its been a month and one week. Never finished microwave never installed I had no microwave for a month.I told  I beg him  you to finish the job after 2 weeks and month and one week passes by job not done cabinets are missing colors dont match laminate starts cracking. So I called someone to installed my microwave right? And guess what happened attached here is the photo that microwave dont fit not even close. So the guy took to e left sides of the cabinets attached here are the photo. You know what happened the shelves fall apart because they did installed with a  glue. Are kidding me? Try people are not good.

  I initiated purchase on 04/04/23.I overpaid merchant, he took advantage of my situation and made me overpay.Merchant continuously added new charges during the process making false accusations to make me pay more.Merchant owes me a credit of over $3000.Merchant has not completed the work and installation of cabinets. ******** has not provided all supplies. ******** had not completed the installation of the hood.He has caused harm to my daughter's finger by leaving my place in a hazardous way. He has been very irate and disrespectful.******** has even threatened me although the work is not complete. ******** has purposefully not completed the work and refuses to respond to my calls or text message. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. No one deserves that!

  In response off customer complaint we tried numerous times to reach customer for resolution, before having to enforce contract policy, customer failed to pay for change orders continuously. And also tried to take back payment for work that was all-ready done. We went through a dispute for such payment and was declared in our favor after we provided proof off delivery and work done. Attached is a copy off the final judgment. We have being in business for over 10 years never had a complaint off this kind sorry for any inconvenience we are happy to help in any way we can have a good day!!

  I am rejecting this response because: As provided in the photo the work has not been completed. The merchant never responded to my messages to complete the work. I have proof via text that he did not return to complete the work. Please provide proof of a signed contract by me. There was never a contract signed and the work is still incomplete in my kitchen. God is watching you. I decided to let you keep the money and it was not in your favor, that was my choice. I jusrt want you to come complete the work!!! You are a thief and you are violating consumer rights.

  We did extra work that was not paid for and the piece she is missing is just an end panel that she did not allow us to install after several attempts. We have plenty off proof as pictures on text messages and invoices with dates as to the ill intentions off this client. Please let us now if anything is needed.
