    Terrible lazy company that takes top dollar to do nothing. There's solicitors weekly, along with dumpster divers and trash diggers. There's a park filled with dog c*** and trash, the trash cans are overflowing every week. There's cars parked literally everywhere on the road on both sides where only one car can drive down the road. They don't do anything except collect money and ignore complaints and problems.

    The CAM Team doesn't answer phones and IF they respond to mails they make you wait a few days. I received a notice about dead grass with a blurry picture showing green grass. The notice said I had 3 days to correct whatever the picture is supposed to show me. when I contacted them they asked me for more information within minutes of my mail.... then ghosted me for 3 days. so then I tried mailing follow *** to no avail and calling to no avail. get this: they have 10 employees and say that due to call volume you have to leave a message and they'll call you back.... a 10 person shop thinks they have call center rules. so I leave a message and to my surprise I am called back and even after close which I very much appreciate. I am told however that they aren't sure what the picture is showing either but "...maybe just water a little more and put some seed down". Do they not realize that sending me a notice is a legal document? especially when they start quoting HoA tenants in it? It needs to be really official. you NEED to know what you are reporting to me. Now I am stuck with a frivolous warning on my file that no one can describe beyond landscaping -- grass that can be used to push basically ANY other infraction into second offense even though they cant even tell me what the first offense is/was. I'm still in communication with them regarding the issue but once that email wraps up I may update this review. Hopefully positively...

    The CAM Team in ************, ** is horrible...not surprising based on the other reviews on here. They either do not address the issues presented, make excuses, stone wall or pass the buck. I have asked for Board Member contact information and was told that is confidential. Then I ask to meet on site with our Representative, *****, and am told I am one of a thousand and she couldn't possible meet with all of us. How many are actually asking to meet? And if they are, then there is an issue with how you are doing your job! Our ****************** Page is full of unhappy residents but there is no communication from the ***** nor the CAM Team. Please hire someone else. I would like to choose zero stars.

    I am an owner of a Condo in The Colony of ************ Condos that is supposedly managed by this second rate company. The HOA  Board has had several management companies since I purchased my unit in June 2006. In addition to dying grass, potholes in the parking lots, entrance and exits, and the gates being left open providing no security and safety, . Our building recently had a roofing project underway. On Friday night four weeks ago the weather forecast was indicating severe weather. The roofing company contracted by The Cam Team did not prepare fo the storm and eight units received damage. The ceilings caved, furnishings damaged, carpet destroyed, and drywall destroyed. Crews were brought in to restore the damage. Very few of the crew members could speak English which was an impediment to communication. Crew Supervisors spoke in Spanish when on the phone so we had no idea what instructions were given. The repairs were incomplete with mismatching paint, carpet stained from construction materials and paint, and my bathtub drain clogged. The Cam Team claims the damage is not their responsibility. The damage to the units was a direct result of the incompetence of the roofing company contracted by the cam team therefore they are responsible for the damage but refuse to acknowledge this responsibility. If you are part of community that needs a professional management company do not get suckered in by The Cam Team. You will regret ever choosing this company.

    The CAM Team has managed ************************** for many years now and work at the discretion of the ***** of ********** *********** in ************************** had the oldest roof in the community, the ***** of ********* made the decision to totally re-roof the entire building. The roofing company began re-roofing the week of May 8th. As the roofing company was tearing off the roof, they had come by an immense amount of wood rot and began to replace all the plywood on the roof further delaying the project into the following week. Before the roofing company left for the weekend, they properly covered the roof with a tarp. The night of May 12th to the morning of May 13th a storm came through the area. The winds from the storm caused the tarp to lift in one of the corners allowing rain to fall on the unfinished roof. The roofing company was made aware of these issues immediately as someone called The CAM Team's emergency line. The roofing company came out in the early hours of the morning to begin going into units and assessing all of the damage and securing the tarp back down so no more water would enter into the building. The roofing company made contact with each resident in the building and gave the owners or tenants their information as they were taking full responsibility for the damages that have occurred. The manager with the roofing company that The CAM Team had contact with spoke perfect English and so did the gentleman that led the ******************** of their company. Each resident that called or emailed into The CAM Team's office was directed to the roofing company as they were taking full responsibility. The ***** of ********* President has been in constant communication with the roofing company as we are trying to get this resolved as soon as possible. The CAM Team has offered ************** contact information to the project heads to be able to resolve the issues he has had inside of his unit. The CAM Team and the ***** of ********* are working together with the roofing and restoration company to get all these issues resolved. If ************** has more issues than he is more than welcome to contact our office and we will direct him to the proper sources again.

    I live in a community ran by this unprofessional management company that will only provide you with excuses and will never answer an email unless you follow up. They constantly turn over employees and managers due to how poorly they treat their people. They never answer their phone and always have to leave voicemails and again follow up because they rarely call you back. Their schedule is a joke they are open from 9AM to 4PM and have 1 hour lunch. Just awful, awful service and owners! If you try to purchase or rent a property ran by these people, please stay far away!!!
