  Company was hired to clean up rental property. Some work completed and other work not completed. Greenhouse was to be demoed and removed from property. Demo completed but had to hire another contractor to complete the job. Tree removal and trimming around one of the rental units on the property was not completed.

  I hired Mr. ****** to cut a few trees on my Father's property. Following that work he also advised that he was able to lay sod and repair sprinklers. Excited that I could get all of my yard concerns handled by one business I paid Mr. ****** $3600 as a deposit for the sod work. I requested that Mr. ****** treat the yard for dollarweed once all of the previous sod was removed as that was the reason I was having to lay new sod. He stated the old sod would be removed and the yard would be treated. He would then need to wait 72 hours and the land would need to be water 1 time in order for the dollar weed treatment to work. The yard was watered as directed and it was well over a week before Mr. ****** returned to begin laying the sod. Once he finished the work, he had to return two more times as the sod he laid was dead and even with watering it several times a week would not come to life and needed to be replaced. Once all of the sod was laid he was paid another $3600. Several months later and the new sod he has laid is 90% dollar weed which leads me to believe it was not treated properly. In addition, Mr. ****** outsourced my sprinkler repair without my prior approval. After replacing and repairing numerous sprinkler heads, my sprinkler system is still not working properly. I have had to call in another irrigation company to diagnose the issue and after spending $180.00 on the evaluation have found that 10 heads need to be replaced because they were not replaced properly. I have also had two of the heads that Mr. ****** placed completely break off. The needed repairs to my sprinkler system alone are going to cost me $1800.00 not to mention the additional cost to have my lawn fixed PROPERLY!! I am out almost $10k for work that was not completed properly and is now going to need to be redone.
