They were very helpful in working through our insurance claim, always answered our questions and showed up when they said they would. I highly recommend this company and ****** was our point person.

****** was fantastic. He was with us every step of the way during the roof replacement. He also came by a few times after the roof was installed to verify the work was completed satisfactorily, the yard was cleaned of debris, and roofing tiles and flashing were proper. ****** and McElfresh was recommended by our neighbor and we recommended ****** and McElfresh to our neighbors who had their roof replaced with McElfresh as well. This team did an excellent job. Communication was thorough and regular every step of the process from start to finis. All of my questions were answered and they worked well with the insurance company too. Everyone was professional and polite. Not only did the roof look great, the yard was left clean of all excess materials and trash.I would highly recommend McElfresh for your roofing needs.

Roof is excellent. ****** was our contact. He always answered his cell when I called, and quick response on text. While waiting for the insurance check, the roof got a leak in one of those September rains. I called at 4pm, and McElfresh Roofing put a temporary tarp on it the next day.

Just recently had a new roof installed by McElfresh Roofing. From the start ***** and ***** showed me step by step what was going to happen. The crew did a wonderful job quickly and professionally. They found some hidden issues, but these were not only explained but photographed and were quickly repaired. This is a great company to do business with and I recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

***** and his team at McElfresh Roofing and Solar recently completed or new roof. We have had nothing but a positive, great experience. In December 2023, we developed a roof leak during a storm and had some interior water damage.McElfresh Roofing information was provided to me through another roofer.***** called me that Sunday evening , which is the day we noticed the leak. During our initial phone conversation, he took his time and answered all of my many questions.***** was at our house the next morning, walked our roof and determined that our roof needed to be replaced.He showed us all of the concerning areas he found which included zippering of many shingles with rusted nails exposed to the elements. He took many photographs, indicating all the areas of damage and concern.Within 24 hours from his assessment, his team was at our house applying a tarp to protect our home from further interior damage.***** was very professional, detailed, thorough and well prepared .The whole process from start to finish was made easy for us .***** and his team communicated directly with our insurance carrier. When it was time for the roof to be replaced, ***** was present while his team of roofers were working/replacing our roof.The entire roof replacement took two days. The team of roofers were very efficient, professional, and cleaned up after themselves.***** walked our property many times picking up any loose nails that were found.He even returned after a big rainstorm and did another walk-through to make sure a nail was not missed.Overall, we are very happy with ***** and his team at McElfresh Roofing and would use them again for any roofing project.

I cannot say enough of mcelfresh roofing and solar. I am a first time home buyer and lived in my home over 3 years…coming into it I did not know anything about roof and how often it should be replaced. My roof was considered very old and not in code so I knew one day it was going to need to happen. I was ALWAYS very skeptical when different companies came knocking on my door and wouldn’t listen to the process. We came across a storm in April where we got lots of wind damage that I knew something had to be done. Klint (who is amazing!) came alone and we took it from there. Talked me through the process and answered any questions that I had. Along with his wonderful wife carol. A process that I was so scared of they made it so comfortable and easy. Brad who was also a point of contact, Was great as well following up and keeping me update with the progress. My new roof is perfect I couldn’t be any happier. Highly recommend their service!
