****** contracted this company to delivery and install our washer and dryer. It has been an absolute nightmare working with them and I will be leaving a review with the BBB on top of my numerous complaints to ******. We've purchased appliances and furniture from ****** for years and always received stellar service. This is the first time this company, Ralph's, has been their subcontractor and I've never been so angry.
Ralph's did not call the night before with a delivery window as they should have. The morning of the delivery we received a call from the driver with a 2 hour window. They were 2 hours late. This was only the beginning of our nightmare. The crew that delivered the washer and dryer did not bring the hose to connect the dryer that was supposed to be included. They left the dryer disconnected and this is where the lies begin. The driver told us that someone would be back in the morning to connect it. We foolishly believed him. We know now that we should have refused the delivery if they couldn't connect it and leave it operational as they were supposed to. No one showed up to connect the dryer the next day. By afternoon we called and were told that again they truck didn't have the hose needed on it so they would send someone on Friday. You guessed it, no one came. 4 times so far I have missed a day of work to wait for these people to come connect the dryer that was supposed to be connected at the time of delivery. We have contacted ****** multiple times and they have stated that because they subcontracted it that they can't do anything other than initiate a return. Each time we call Ralph's we're told we have an appointment window for someone to come connect our dryer and it's just lies, they never send anyone. We have now initiated a return of the dryer with ******, I'd rather just buy it somewhere else at this point. But the joke's on us because we still have to wait for Ralph's to come pick up the dryer to complete the return. This company is shamefu

They are reporting this on the wrong company my company is RALPHS APPLIANCE SERVICE and the company that they're dealing with is RALPHS transfer who installs and delivers appliances for ******, ****************** and several others
