    This is our first time as a client of Nail Spa Supply **** They told us they were owned by SNS Company even though they called and texted us from different phone numbers when we ordered the furniture. It was supposed to arrive on Friday April 5th. We scheduled people to come and help us, we waited the whole day, and nothing showed up. We called to have the problem resolved, and it was their fault. We told them if we clear out all of our furniture it will be a big problem if it doesnt show up the next time. They promised it would be delivered on Monday the 8th, even though we wanted it on Friday the 12th.TForce trucking didnt show up until Tuesday, unannounced. They wanted to drop it in front of our store, while we were doing business, with no one available to deal with it. We politely asked them to bring it to the back so we could deal with it later, and they refused. We scheduled with the sales people to bring it on Friday, and CALL before they come.Friday also did not happen, so we canceled the order with the sales people because of all the trouble. Then they guaranteed one more day, Monday the 15th would happen, or they would refund the money and installation. On Monday the 15th the furniture didnt arrive again, even though we waited. We were working with *** and ***** at ************. We wanted to ask for our money back but they blocked our phone calls and didnt answer text messages. The last manager we talked to ********* from a Chicago phone number ************, said they would not refund any of that because we refused to receive the furniture. He told us not to call them anymore and they blocked our phone calls. Would any customer be happy with this service? Is this how they run their business and get good ratings, when they take advantage of clients? And this problem has not been resolved?
