Had a horrible experience at the ***********, IN location. Took my daughters iphone in for a new battery. Went to pick it up days later and it's in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Now none of the buttons work, they claimed it didn't work when I dropped it off but then realized when they removed a part inside, it more than likely caused the buttons to not work. He claimed he "forgot" to tell me that. I think he didn't know. Do not recommend them for anything. I filed a claim with their company, we'll see what comes of this.Review from Norka R

The guy working there literally, for a cracked iPad screen, said that it would MINIMUMLY be 250. I can buy a whole new one with more support than the one I have right now. Plus, it still works but they want me to displace of it and erase all data, basically encouraging me to get a new iPad with that price.Review from Alexander

Went in to replace a screen protector on a Fold 3, said it was $40 all good, went to pick it up with adhesive residue and finger prints UNDER the screen protector, made a comment the tech should have used gloves and since I'm paying for this I would like the fingerprints and residue remove, tech with a long unkept beard came out clearly angry not giving out his name removed the screen protector they installed and would not let me see it as he knew he clearly installed it sloppy. 1 star for being so unprofessional and being sloppy at his work. Said it was installed right, however took it off and did not charge me anything as he knows the fingerprints were under the screen protector, review the camera footage as well as I recorded it.
