BBB has received numerous consumer complaints alleging that they place an order for a product being offered at a special rate and their credit cards are being charged initially at that rate. The consumer is then enrolled in a monthly subscription program without their knowledge or written consent and an additional charge appears on their credit card for $199 or more. Once consumers are aware of this and try to cancel, they are unsuccessful at reaching customer service and having the secondary charges reversed.
