12/8/2023 I had a routine blood work done in Orlando health health central hospital. Claim was first denied by **************** I filed a appeal with Cigna and ***** reversed the denial and paid Orlando health $69.14 on 2/19/2024 as per explanation of benefit which was sent to me and confirmed of payment to Orlando health. Till today August 4 2024 Orlando health have been billing me for $70.56 saying they never received any payment from Cigna. For the past 6 months both Cigna and I have requested Orlando health to call Cigna provider line to get payment replacement if they said they never received. Till today nothing been done and they still billing me and remind me the account will be going to collections.

reference * ********** This is a Bill that I have been trying to resolve with Orlando Health. I have taken time off from work, and went to their office at 3090 Caruso court, in Orlando on July 26, 2023, trying to speak to someone to resume paying the bill, see supporting document, only to find out that no one is allowed in building , only staffers. i have asked for an adjustment of the amount to reflect the true amount owing as an unscrupulous organization, ( CAREpayment ) had added $ 75 to my bill as late fee.see supporting document. After more than ten call, and as recently as 10/09/23 asking to speak to a supervisor, and was told that one would contact me by end of day, no one in Orlando Health has reach out to me to get this resolved. they however find it convenient to report to a collection agency, on a bill that i have spent several hours, trying to settle

My wife and I both went in for our annual wellness check on 2/17/2023. We received a bill for our visit. I called the insurance company asking why I was billed for my annual wellness check. The insurance company said that the visit was coded as an office visit not a wellness check and to contact the provider to have the service recoded. I called Orlando health about this on 3/2/2023 , Orlando health , they put in a request to review the code that day. I called back on 3/23 to check on the status , a message was taken saying they would call back. No call back was received. Called again 3/24 and was told the review still was not done. I called again on 3/30 and asked the status of the review, still not done. The representative recommended I call the office directly , which I attempted to do but was sent back to the customer center. The call center knows the reviews aren't effective but one can not get through to the local office. Wellness visits are chronically missed coded by the medical processes and the consumer is left to individual bear the burden to correct the errors.
