Echoing many of the reviews here citing issues with quality and customer support. We already have three Vybe prints ordered in 2022 that we love and proudly display in our home. However, our recent purchase was a completely different experience. In our experience, Vybe was unwilling to accept a return, even for quality concerns, citing their "hand-stretched work" policy. We received three prints, each with large marks that resemble stains on both the frame and the print itself. We'd feel embarrassed hanging a stained work in our home. They refused our return request, claiming these marks were part of the design. This might have been acceptable if the website had clearly shown these details and we could make an informed decision. However, the product page features only a single zoomed-out image. We brought this discrepancy to customer support's attention, and while they acknowledged it, the website still displays the product in the same incomplete way. This contrasts sharply with their advertised "happiness guarantee." One additional note: they’ve also changed their frames without clearly communicating this. The frame we received was a seemingly cheaper off-white with visible wood grains, a contrast to the crisp look of our previous purchase. Again, the website only shows zoomed-out images of the frames, so it's important to be aware of this difference if you are considering making a purchase.

High quality, great service. I've bought 5 canvases from here and had the best experience with them, I recommend to all my friends and family.

Disappointment All Over! Avoid ************ Like the Plague!This product looked amazing online - clean, crisp artwork. What I got looked like a teenager's nightmare after a bad breakout! Black dots, everywhere, all over the canvas - like someone sneezed with a mouthful of pepper. Nothing like the photos.Trying to return it was a whole other disaster. **************** was a complete nightmare. They wouldn't give me a full refund, even though their product looked nothing like what they advertised. Save yourself the money and the stress - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not ever buy from them!! Inferior product and they mislead when they say you can return for refund within 30 days. I’m calling a lawyer. No stars. They are forcing a submission of at least one to be able to submit a review.

The product isn't quite worth the prices that they charge. Unfortunately my complaint is that they say all over their website "easy returns" even on each product page though this is only true if there is a factory defect. Otherwise if you're disappointed with the quality and look of the piece - which is incredibly likely for online-only type sales - then it's a very expensive return (100-200 $$ to ship back.) Just a warning, it's more like 'final sale' and return shipping is quite costly.
