I attended a Tupperware party at a friend's house and purchased over a hundred and fifty dollars worth of products between April and May of 2024. Life got busy for me that caused me to forget that I had bought products from Tupperware. In November of 2024 I realized that I did not get my stuff from Tupperware. When I talked to my friend who hosted the party she was surprized and had me contact a Tupperware Consultant in **. He contacted the ** for Tupperware who told him that my complaint is ove 90 days and they cannot do anything since the have a picture that was stuff was delivered by *****. I called the * and spoke to a Supervisor who was trying to help me but eventually said he cannot help further. They did provide me with a picture of a package on my porch but I nor my family never received that package. I taught Tupperware was going to ****** my complaint instead the held on to my money. There are lots of products out there that works well like Tupperware or better. So I will not be purchasing any other thing from them. I hope they get richer from what they did to me.June SReview from Patty R

I ordered pink Tupperware items and they substituted with red items. They should have canceled the order if they did not have my item in stock. In trying to work with them, they tell me that their "return policy" allows me to return for any reason. Well, returning it cost me $20 to mail. SO, I am out $30 (for shipping to me plus my return for something I did not order.Review from Kimberly H

TUPPERWARES RETURN POLICY SUCKS! I decided to return my Tupperware order for several reasons. I reached out via email on 12-19-23 and Valindso O. issued a ticket number + a ***** return label. I followed the instructions and shipped it within the 7 day window. I even included a copy of the email showing my return request in the box. It was received by Tupperware on 12-26-23. Due to the holidays, I waited for about until after the new year before following up on my return (in the amount of $150.46) via email [1-3-2024, 1-5-2024, 1-8-2024, 1-10-2024 and today]. I kept getting automated responses with new ticket #s assigned. I tried calling this afternoon, but the wait was long. So I switched to live chat and spoke to *****. I gave him my order number, my contact info and all of the ticket numbers too. I was informed that the reason I havent received my refund yet was because I was supposed to contact Tupperware after my return was received at the warehouse and request another ticket number to be assigned in order to process the return. WTH??? Although I followed up on my return several times via email and new ticket numbers were assigned, no one told me that I had to monitor the return and contact them once it was received. Now I have to wait several more days before I get my refund. I have used Tupperware and was a consultant about ***************************************** I dont ever remember jumping through so many hoops in order tho process a return. Its almost as bad as the VA!! My advice to you is: Youd better like the products you ordered because returning them is a pain in the backside!.Review from Susan K

I will never order from THIS COMPANY again. I placed a large order on December 9th, 2023. It is December 22nd, 2023. I have called them 4 times. Each of the previous 3 times I was told my order was still sitting in the warehouse waiting to be picked up. All 3 times I was told it was guaranteed to be here on or before 12/23/23. Well it is 12/22/23 and I am being told by the 4th rep that it has not yet shipped!!!! I have twice asked for a supervisor, only to be told I would receive a call back...twice. Guess what? NO PHONE CALL. So here it is 12/22/23 and they are sitting around twiddling your thumbs. All they care about is partying and making money. Though I don't know how that happens if they can't ship products. I have also done a review on Google and Facebook. And I'm just getting started.Review from KIM W

I just had an online Tupperware event, the first time in a very long time. I was excited to look at their new products and share with my family and friends. I wasn't disappointed in the items but there was an issue with one of my guests products. She ordered the cheese shredder and it stated it came with a base, but it did not. She got in touch with the consultant (Rebecca ******) from my party who promptly just gave her the customer service number instead of helping her herself. When my guest called the number it was, guess what, in a Middle Eastern country. She couldn't understand the person trying to help her and the person helping her was not sure what to do for her. She finally just decided to send the product back - of course she was going to have to pay for shipping the item back herself. I contacted the consultant myself and advised her on what was going on and how it really wasn't fair to treat her customers like this. She pretty much blew me off. She got her money off the sales from my party so she was done with us! Not only am I disappointed in her but also in Tupperware for hiring a third-party customer service. I am done with them and really done with that consultant. So very unprofessional!Review from Pam T

Historically, Tupperware was a good company - Many years ago. Recently, I had a very expensive piece that cracked while under warranty. They insisted that I ship it to their warehouse in Georgia. They indicted that it would take 10 weeks for them to review the piece and get back to me. Once they responded they gave me a 27 dollar credit and said that I could pick something out of the catalog. (it cost me $11.00 to ship the item to Georgia). Although the same item was available in a set in the catalog, they could not give it to me unless I bought the whole set. To order a similar item took me 42 minutes with 2 representatives on the phone as the first one could not place the order - the 2nd representative didn't know how to place the order in the new system. I am disappointed with the lack of customer care, and the need to accept items that I didn't even want instead of providing me a similar replacement as indicated in their warranty. Tupperware has lost a customer. Their items are expensive and the customer care is abysmal.Review from Helen F

Tupperware’s business tactics are shady. They boost working through holidays, vacations, into the evening just to get sales. Upper managers and directors will take customers (even your friends) from right out under you if you go inactive or take a break. They will join your local community groups and post sales and gain from your local communities with no regard for those reps who rely on this just to get by. Yes, I played right into the idea of being able to “quit my job” and sell tupperware. If it is at the expense of stepping on others to get there, i will never be okay with that. Additionally, the return process was ridiculous. The cost of many things was over priced and the lifetime warranty is a joke! Many things back ordered a lot making it difficult to actually get customers the product.Review from Lynda H

Cookware Warranty is a LIE! I called customer service to inquire about returning a skillet that the Teflon was peeling off of. They informed me that it was going to be discontinued soon so if I sent it in now I should be able to get a new skillet. But if not I would have the choice of keeping my old skillet, they would send it back or a credit. It took 6 months for them to get back to me. After numerous phone calls on my behalf. Yesterday I was informed that the skillet has been discontinued and I can have a credit to be used in the brochure that they sent me. IRONICALLY, on page 25 of the brochure was the skillet.. When I inquired as to why they cannot give me a replacement I was sent this letter... Dear Lynda, I understand your concerns, however, the grill you mentioned from page 25 is exclusively available as part of a set, therefore, the warranty team is not able to use it for warranty replacements. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional question. ??????? Sincerely, Gaby S. ???????Escalations Specialist Tupperware Brands Corporation This is b*******!!!! Does that mean if I buy the set and the Teflon peels on one of my pots that they're going to give me an entirely new set.... I DON'T THINK SO. At this point I have not received any confirmation that they will send me back the skillet.... BUYER BEWARE! TUPPERWARE ARE LIARS WHEN IT COMES TO THE WARRANTY OF THEIR POTS AND PANS Date of experience: June 15, 2023Review from Linda L

Very poor experience .. the girl I ordered from didn’t even acknowledge my order, I had to email her three times to see if my order went through. I had to actually tell her this was a really bad service after the fourth email and finally she got back to me and said it’s too bad I wasn’t happy with the service.. no kidding there wasn’t any service, then I got the items and they’re totally different than they used to be, there cheap and the lids don’t fit properly at all , I can’t even use them .. I’m really disappointed that I went and bought Tupperware. I thought they were the best, don’t waste your money, and the service was terrible. Product is not what it used to be..
