WENT FOR CONSULTATION FOR HOA HARASSMENT PROBLEM. I DROVE 1 1/2 HRS EACH WAY FROM ************ AREA. COST ME $45. GAS.I WAS ASKED FOR CONSULATATION FEE OF $300. WITHIN 1 MINUTE OF MY ARRIVAL. I SAT DOWN AND WAITED 40MINS WHILE THE RECEPTIONIST WORKED ON HER COMPUTER. I ASKED WHEN I WOULD BE SEEN. LAWYER CAME OUT AND SAID HE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO TALK WITH ME BECAUSE I WAS FEW MINUTES LATE...WHY TAKE MY MONEY AND MAKE ME WAIT ALL THAT TIME.I AM A WOMAN OVER 65 AND A DISABLED VETERAN. THIS WAS A VERY DIFFICULT AND EXPENSE APPT. FOR ME. I WAS ASKED FOR ANOTHER $1500. TO WRITE A LETTER TO MY HOA. THEY WERE FINING ME FOR PARKING MY HANDICAP VAN IN MY DRIVEWAY.I WOULD NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM FOR ANYTHING. THEY JUST TAKE MONEY FOR NO WORK... I CALLED THE LAWYER AND ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK. HE SAID IT WAS NOT HIS FIRM AND COULD NOT DO THAT....

I highly recommend Bogin, ************************************************ They have the ************. Attorneys ********************* and ************************* are the best Attorneys. I was being sued by my stepfather and would have lost my house and all the money my mother left me. I hired Attorney ********************* who is an amazing lawyer and reasonably priced for his excellent work. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, caring and hard working and went above and beyond for me. He did a phenomenal job on my deposition and because of his phenomenal job on my deposition I won the lawsuit. I am very thankful for what he did. Attorneys ********************* and Attorney ************************* both represented me in court for the lawsuit and did outstanding work. Acts tough, talks big, DOES NOTHING. Despites piles of evidence to back them, they couldn't out lawyer a person that was representing themselves with no education in the law and no evidence to back their lies. Unable or unwilling to answer important questions about the case. Avoids talking to you about your case at all costs, unless it is regards to your next payment.Review from Stephanie E

I called Bogin, Munns & Munns for a HOA issue. I was told they can definitely help and would have an attorney from their HOA team call me. Never got a call. I had to call twice to finally be able to set an appointment. They had me pay $300 before anything. I brought all my documentation and proof that my house incurred more than $30,000 worth of damaged due to HOA negligence of common area they were responsible for. I was told 10 mins into the consultation by Attorney Andrea ******** that there is nothing I can do because their retainer was going to be too much. Her advice was for me to let my house go in foreclosure and then file for bankruptcy. I am a single Hispanic mother who spent years saving to buy a house and she tells me to rent an apartment. WTH?? Sure felt like stereotyping to me. I left there feeling more upset and depressed than when I first walked in. Worst part is that it cost me $300 for someone to make me feel that way. Unbelievable!
