    My husband bought a fridge May 31st 2024. That broke 4 days ago. We had to show up to their shop because they NEVER answer their phones. They finally exchanged it but that is completely broken. It won't get cold or freeze. My husband and I have been calling and they told us they were going to send the technician and the never showed up. After that all the calls and texts we have sent are being ignore. I ****** and FB review them and they deleted it and blocked me. I had groceries plus I had done reg groceries for the next two weeks and I lost all of that food. It's been 3 days now without a fridge and they won't do anything about it. I still have some food left in coolers(which I know is bad but that's my evidence). They won't show up to fix and they don't show up to refund me my money so I can go buy another one. Please help! I have attached the receipt they sent us when we bought it. I also have pictures nad videos as proof it's just not letting me attach those.

    After fighting for some response and a refund the company agree to give me a partial refund. They came and picked up the fridge. 

    We are done dealing with them.

    Have purchased the appliance which was told to me it was an excellent condition and when I arrived at my home, it was all rotten and never got a warranty as specified or owner will not answer phone

    As of 5/14 Fast Appliances has contacted myself and resolved the issue with them and have excepted their apology for any wrongdoing on their behalf and issued myself the refundI want to thank Better Business Bureau for trying to help me in any way possible to resolve this matterAgain thank you so much and consider this matter closed

    I purchased a washer on 3/8/2024. I was told it came with a 3-month warranty. The spin cycle does not properly. It does not wring out the water from the laundry. I have to spin cycle it 2 or 3 times for the clothes to dry enough to go into the dryer. There is something wrong with the spin cycle. I have been calling the business every day. A few times a day, leaving messages and I get no answer.

    They did reach out to me after I left a message saying I opened a complaint with the BBB. The replacement wash is not in as good of condition of the one I originally picked. I would have not picked this one. It works but sounds like a dinosaur!
