I only wish I would have known how sensitive the scooters are to moisture. If I had known this detail, I definitely would have gotten the rain cover as well. Would have saved me having to swap out the scooter partway through my rental. That having been said, however, ScooterBug did a terrific job handling my rainwater issue promptly and without question.Review from Susan H

Very easy to rent and customer service is helpful and polite. We had to rent a wheel chair due to broken bones or two times and a scooter for my husband on our last trip. Delivery to ******************* was amazing! The scooter was easy to maneuver and lasted throughout ************* from 7am to our return to the hotel in the evening! Highly recommend Scooterbug. The scooter was waiting for us when we arrived at our ************ and performed flawlessly for all 4 days. Never even lost 1 notch of power after a 17 hour day at the *************! And when done, we dropped our scooter at the bell hop desk and was done! Great experience!Review from Dottie S

Scooter Bug was a great company to rent my *** from they dropped it off at my resort and alls I had to do was return it! The scooter was small,and easy to maneuver it stayed charged all day and enough room in the basket for all our park needs Definitely recommend!Review from Elizabeth L

Wasnt told how to turn on the light. Wasnt told how to charge batteries. Good scooter overall.
