            We ordered (2) Stack-On Gun Safes from this company on 12/21/23 and have not received them. They provided me with a confirmation number them immediately charged our credit card. I have attempted to call this company numerous times at the provided number of **************. I receive the following message: the phone number you dialed is temporarily unavailable. Their website is no longer active and they have not responded to emails. I believe we have been scammed by this company. I would like them to deliver the merchandise or refund our money.

            This company emails ads for many various businesses. When I unsubscribe from one, they acknowledge and send me more ads via email for many other businesses! The more I unsubscribe the more ads I get. How can I make them take my email address COMPLETELY out of their system so I won't keep getting bombarded by their emails?

            There is simply no records of the complainant in our systems including Name/ Address / Contact # or the email.


            We are an Florida registered business and Amazon Seller with a 100% rating. As per every company's ecommerce policy we require client email address before we accept any order. Our team and our systems were unable to find any records of emails of any kind or any conversation with the above referenced email address: mcsouthbay@yahoo.com

            Also, we are not affiliated with any other business and nor does we send advertisements. Please note that we have a dedicated support line for email enquiries : ************************ 

            We request BBB to kindly contact the complainant and request the copy of emails for verification.

            I bought a cash register $202.14 on this site on August 17, 2022, but it didn't ship for several days, so I called their customer service on August 23,2022 and they told me that it was out of stock.So I told him I was going to cancel the order,Then they said the order was canceled, but I didn't get a refund for the next few days, so I kept asking my friend to call their customer service.ïï��ï��Because my English is not very good. Every time my friend calls them, the customer service always says something different, so I haven't received a refund so far, and I hope you guys can handle this for me and get me a refund.Thank you and hope to get your reply as soon as possible. Have a good day.
