    I am sharing my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with Monaco Motor Group LLC due to their deceptive practices and misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition during the sale process.On 4/2024, my husband and I purchased a ****** Land Cruiser from Monaco Motor Group LLC, relying on the dealerships representations, including photographs, a written description, and a verbal assurance from the salesperson, Mr. **** ******. They assured us that the vehicle was in safe operating condition, with some minor rust that was not a cause for concern. However, upon receiving the vehicle, we discovered significant structural damage that was never disclosed.The vehicle's extensive rust and structural damage were immediately apparent upon inspection and confirmed by a ****** certified dealership. The dealership informed us that the vehicle was unsafe to drive due to the compromised integrity of the chassis, advising us to have it towed rather than driven off their lot. This is a marked contrast to the much more benign photos and descriptions provided before the purchase.Despite contacting ***** ****** with my concerns and providing pictures of the damage, Monaco Motor Group LLC failed to address the issue or provide a satisfactory resolution. Instead, the dealership offered to exchange the damaged vehicle for a *************. We sent a person to inspect the MB, and they reported that the car had a major issue with the steering, which made us decline the exchange offer.The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable and poses a significant safety risk to consumers. I urge potential buyers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Monaco Motor Group LLC and to thoroughly inspect any vehicle before purchasing.     MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT, **** WAS GREAT, HONEST, AND TRUSTWORTHY. GIVE THEM A CHANCE....I LIVE IN **********, THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST ONLINE VEHICLE PURCHASE EVER. I WAS SCEPTICAL AT FIRST, BECAUSE I NEVER DID THIS BEFORE. ITS ALOT OF MONEY TO LOSE. ESPECIALLY LIVING SO FAR AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP. BUT **** REASSURED ME, HE WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT IF ANYTHING WERE TO HAPPEN. I LITERALLY PUT MY TRUST IN HIM. AND IT WAS WELL WORTH. IT. ??     BEWARE !!! Also, read closely the contract - the scammers wrote it well enough that one cannot even *** them if they are at fault!!!! The car I received did not remotely resemble the pictures and/or the description of the car. On delivery, the car was filthy with dirt ground into paint with animal paw prints all over it, not sure where it was stored after pictures and prior to shipment (could have been outside?), the windows were down and would not operate, A/C was not functional, sunroof not working, numerous rust evidence under paint, around hood, doors, windshield and underneath. Had repaint but not in original color, damage repair to hood, radio inoprative. Definitely NOT worth what I paid and will take a lot of money to even make it suitable for driving. Not sure of more defects as I just parked it in my enclosed storage until I decide what to do with it. Seller not amiable to any return or refund depite advertising 'easy returns' on the **** page. DO NOT trust anything they tell you about any car you might buy, as they obviously cannot tell the truth and prefer to pass a derilect car off on a trusting buyer.

    Worst car buying experience I've ever had. The car was gorgeous. Interior is immaculate. Performance? NIGHTMARE!!! **** is far beyond full of s***. He'll say anything to convince you that you're not getting screwed. I was skeptical and went against my gut feeling in hopes there was someone I could trust with something as difficult as buying a car. I just wanted something nice for once that I could take my kids for a cruise in and **** did his best to ensure I was robbed of that opportunity. Now I'm out 12 grand and stuck with a project car I wasn't prepared for mentally or financially. He's going to tell you that "all of our cars go through a thorough inspection". His mechanic can't even set timing on a small block ****** That's childs play in the automotive world. Car was 14 off timing and stalled out 3 times before I could get her home from the delivery guys. Throttle position sensor was fried. Radiator was cracked, and now, a blown head gasket. I've driven the car less than 10 times and all of it was testing repairs and seeing what the next problem is. I just wanted to get in and drive. I don't have money to be throwing at yet another project. If you have deep pockets and love to work on cars, then these are the best guys to buy a project car from! If you aren't that guy, then be smarter with your money than I was. Don't end up like me. I ignored these previous reviews you see before me and it really bit me. **** if you're reading this, I hope you get what's coming to you. I see I'm not the only one you ****** off.

    They will scam you and screw you over. Be aware of this place. SCAM SCAM!!!! They stole 160000 of my dollars and they were rude the whole conversation. The transmission went out and costs 7000. They are thieves Be AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not ever buy a car from them ever or you will regret it

    We recently purchased a 2005 Toyota Sequoia that was listed a "immaculate shape"with 84k on it. We paid for the shipping through Monaco motors and it was shipped up to Marietta GA from Florida. The driver arrives at 1am on Friday morning and is refusing to release the vehicle as Amir the owner did not pay the driver and it was COD. At 8am the driver returns and says Amir paid the bill after we had called him at 1am to inform him he had not paid the bill. We took the vehicle and later that day went to check our new car out. Little to our surprise there were no speaker covers on the doors, the cover for the hatch was in the truck and the window harness was taped to the hatch with moving tape.. There are dents all over the vehicle and stains in all the carpets and the drivers side rear door does not open from the inside. The 2nd set of headlights also in the trunk with a bunch of other crap that Amir listed as "Brand new HID headlights". Little did he disclose they are not installed on the car. He states the vehicle has a "new timing belt but has no record and says his mehanic told him the belt looks new" Now for the best part. There is no title with the vehicle and its been 2 weeks. He told us it was overnighted and now will not answer my wife's calls or text messages. We will be filing a complaint with Fla. Gen attorney but buyer beware. " DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY AMIR OR MONACO MOTORS IN PORT RICHEY FLA

    I just recently purchased an 2010 Audi A5 with low mileage. After receiving the car I noticed the screen display and central console would keep going on and off as if there was a short. I let the seller know about the issue the second day I had the car. He told me that they never diagnosed any issue with the display. I told him I would take it to a shop to diagnose what was going on and if they would help pay for fixing it. He indicated that they were not responsible for the issue. When I decided to to take it to Audi they indicated it would cost $4,200 to fix it. I sent the quote to the seller but they never responded?? Needless to say I am very disappointed in their decision and would recommend that consumers avoid buying from them at all costs.

    It is with deep regret that I write this. I bought a 2008 Luxus LS 460 L that the company had advertised on eBay. I liked what i saw and went ahead and bought the car for the Buy it Now price, and paid the $500 deposit. I communicated with their sales rep, made a flight reservation to get the car. Upon closer examination over a hundred photos, I saw some warning lights on the dash of the car, and texted the sales rep about them. He started telling how hard they try to keep their customers pleased, and how they thoroughly check the cars before they go on eBay. Then he talked about when the tires were changed someone didn't pay attention to replace the TPMS sensors. So, he stated; yes, the TPMS warning light is on, but that is a trivial thing. I might add that no where in the text of the car description the TPMS not working was ever mentioned. I responded that I had over 1,000 miles to drive this luxury car. With the TPMS light on, I wouldn't know during the trip whether I have a tire with low pressure, and I would not take the car unless the TPMS is working properly . Well, to my surprise, I was told the owner does not want to fix it as he thinks it is a trivial matter. They refunded my deposit, and relisted the car again on eBay. Fortunately, I was able to cancel my flight. So, dealing with this company, examine all the photos and the description in detail. If you miss something as important as TPMS warning light, you will be on you own.

    Before purchasing a MB i was skeptical about it dude to the mechanical issues they are known to have. So I asked Amir probably 10 to 15 times if there was ANYTHING wrong with the car even if it was a little bit of minor TLC and every time I had asked he said “the car is in perfect condition” and “ our vehicles are carefully inspected prior to selling buy our mechanic” when I finally got all the paperwork in order and got the car DELIVERED, it didn’t even start off the tow truck. Not only that but there was also a check engine light on. After replacing the 9 core battery which is not cheap the check engine light went off. But that was just the start. After about 500 miles on the vehicle and let it sit for a couple days because I was on vacation. I came back to start it and the new battery was completely dead and the check engine light returned and the engine has a misfire. So I have currently been waiting for about a month to FIND someone who will work on this car. The only reason I was asking if anything was mechanically wrong so I didn’t run into this. And lastly after the car got registered I have never heard from this group again. They have just stopped responding. So be very careful with this. HAVE A MECHANIC INSPECT THE CAR BEFORE YOU BUY IT.

    Very poor customer service cars are over priced and under delivered. Financing is a joke and meant to scam you from the get go don't waste your time with these losers just buy new or lease new at least you won't be ripped off by these foreign owners who could care less about you

    You applied for financing on a Rolls-Royce Phantom with less-than-stellar credit and no prior history of any comparable loan amount. Despite those obstacles, we still got you approved very quickly at only $22K down and incredibly favorable loan terms. You blew off our finance guy by telling him that (in your own words), "I am not putting anything down. If I had $22,000, I could just go to the Rolls Royce dealer and get myself a brand new Phantom." - this is certainly not true as a brand new similarly-optioned Rolls-Royce Phantom would cost you north of $500,000, and would require a substantially higher down payment. Then you sent me a text stating, "If you don't want to sell the car, why do you have it advertised?" I responded back, "Of course we would like to sell the vehicle and earn your business, but we cannot sell it at 0% down, I am sorry."

    With all of that being said, we did not do business with each other as you did not have the down payment to purchase the vehicle. We have been in the business of selling exclusive/high-end/exotic automobiles for many years now, and have innumerable happy customers that have bought and financed their cars from us. To call our finance process a "scam" just because we couldn't get you into a Rolls Royce Phantom for nothing down, is very inappropriate to say the least.

    We hate to call you out on this, but you're a dreamer if you think you can either buy or lease a brand-new half-a-million-dollar Phantom for a down payment of only $22K (which you do not even have).

    We may be "foreign" but so is your dream car.

    As can be seen the seller is very rude and unprofessional imagine the customer service after the sale. Trying to get this guy to fix anything or correct anything after a deal would be horrible this dealer has made numerous assumptions of my finances and doesn't have a clue over selling and old phantom is a far stretch from new the seller is ignorant and unprofessional
