I never write reviews but I will make an exception.I went to the inhouse physical therapy so I could eventually get my MRI. They sent off my referral to my insurance which was denied because they did not include my Therapy appointments. I was told I did not complete therapy. I was on a three way call with my insurance and ***** and told her I did it in house. After that, they were found. After a month it was finally sent in correctly and I got my MRI.I was told that I needed to get injections from Dr **** for my back. Dr. **** was not rude but seemed disinterested and even while I was trying to ask questions about my results, he was walking towards the door and opening it. My request for my injections was denied by my insurance due to insufficient notes. I found out what needed to be included via my insurance and went in person to the office. ******** was beyond rude. My insurance told me two faxes were sent to this office asking for additional information and the denial. They claimed to never have receive them despite the fax number being correct. I offered my denial letter, which they would not accept. I then called my insurance resent the fax upon my request, which they denied getting. A nurse called me later that day to say she would resubmit everything and while I was trying to ask additional questions, I was hung up on.I called my insurance 4 days in a row and to this day they have never received anything. I decided to get my medical records to go see another doctor, and this was made difficult. The number on their website is incorrect. Finally spoke to Dr. ****** nurse. She only took down my birthdate and told me she would "try to call me" the next day for my records.I e-mailed ******* email and asked for my records. I came in person to get them. Naturally they charged me a $1 per page and printed out my hip injury as well when I only asked for my records pertaining to my back. $117 later, I have my records.

Horrible service . I had 2 appointments scheduled with Dr. **** in the same week . Both my daughters and husband got extremely sick . My appointment was on a Monday morning which it wouldnt allow me to cancel over the weekend . I still called Monday morning and got left on hold . Later that day , I was told to show proof of medical report for my daughters in order to waive the $50 fee . Office manager *****, was extremely disrespectful and would not take my childrens doctors note as proof that we had been in the hospital all week . ***** refused to give me her name and would not allow me to talk to any other staff . Another staff member finally gave me her name to be able to file a complaint . Management is extremely unprofessional and truly have no compassion for their patients . I would not recommend this place for any loved ones .

I am being billed by Hill Orthopedic a $50 no show fee for an appointment that I have proof on my call log of cancelling. They're saying that since it was not an emergency that I cancelled my appointment, that they will not waive the no show fee. That's absurd and something I've never heard of a facility doing. A cancelled appointment should be cancelled and no questioning of why it was cancelled should be relevant. Let alone being charged a fee for it.

It's literally the worst healthcare experience I've ever experienced. Aside from the outride rudeness from the office manager, I was unable to obtain my xrays due to their bumbling incompetence and failure to live up to their 7-10 day processing policy. They charged me for the "privilege" $25, which wasn't really the issue, but I was forced to do a charge back through my bank, since services weren't rendered. This was after several months of their false reassurances that I would get my xrays which would eventually lead to a very contentious scenario between myself, and Nathan Hill's administrative hench-woman. I did my part in good faith by paying my fee, which they required firsthand because apparently their patients can't be trusted. Nevertheless, they failed to live up to their obligation of providing me with my xrays, but instead offered excuses. Deplorable, is too good a word to describe this healthcare provider.
