    As a member of their frequent ****** club, I completed filling up my membership card with 35 days of parking in May 2023 which entitled me to a free 7 consecutive days of parking. After returning from my trip on November 23, 2023, I presented the card given to me back in may and was told that the new card had not yet been processed and I was denied the free 7 days of parking and charged $127.92.

    We reserved a spot at this place from 3/6-9/23. This place parks your vehicle and gets your vehicle ready for you at the office once you call for pick up at the airport. We arrive back at this place on 3/9/23 before midnight. At the time we did not look at the truck because it was dark. The next day when we woke up saw the damage on the truck and called right away. The employee that I dpoke with wouldn’t give me a manager or/ owners name saying he would be in around 6 and he would return my call. I also asked for his email and sent 2 emails so far and called again today 3/11/23 first thing his morning. I was told again that the owner if he was in town would give me a call after 5 if he came in. The girl that I talked with on 3/10/23 said that the owner would get the email and respond. Still haven’t heard from them. The damage we have is from the right side passenger door all the way to the bumper.

    When we receive a telephone inquiry we ask the customer to send an email with the details. The customer's emails were in the Spam Folder. When discovered it was assigned for review.

    It takes time to investigate a claim, review the camera footage and speak to the employees that worked at the time the vehicle was handled. This was during the Spring Break Holiday parking and we're very busy attending to our travelling customers.

    We did contact the customer by email and informed them of the above procedures. We did speak to the customer by phone yesterday and we're working with them on resolving their inquiry.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, but not complete. I’m in the process of getting 3 estimates. I consider this as non complete until all work is finish. As of now it’s just words over the phone and no action on their part. I should have all 3 estimates after I go to Toyota tomorrow at 8:30 a.m.

    I left my vehicle with Park to Fly in Orlando from 4/1/2022/-4/4/2022,ticket #*******. When I got back from my trip, around 11:30 am, my car was flooded on the passenger side due to the window being left open by the person who valeted the car to its spot and that weekend Orlando had severe weather. The windows were not down when the car was left on 4/1/22 at 4:40 am. An employee, Paul Sr., was kind enough to try and get water out of the car but there was at least 4-5 inches of water on the floors. I emailed admin@parktofly.com at 11:55 on 4/4/2022 and have not heard anything back since. I called the office at which my car was left and was told that I would be contacted within one to two days.. My passenger side is still drenched and starting to smell and since it was in a dirt/sandy lot, the parts that have dried are filthy. I have to get in professionally detailed on the inside and take it to the dealer to make sure the electrical box that is under the passenger seat is not damaged and my 12v outlets do not work..I checked in with Ken and checked out by Claudia. I would like my car to be cleaned by the company, a refund of my parking and repair of any electrical damage.

We did offer him compensation and sent an email confirmation on May 1, 2022 We're awaiting his response. I already accepted the refund by Sammy over the phone on 4/28 but DO NOT accept how they will not take responsibility for my car. The company knows they are at fault or they would not of offered me a refund or free week. They can keep their free week because I will never use this disreputable company again. They were very demeaning at the bottom of the email which shows how sleezy they are as a company. The owners and leadership of this company are rude and disrespectful! I hope there rating drops.
