    Car was parked at orange parking lot long term parking from 9/19/24 until 9/29/24. When picking up car saw that right front fender was damaged. Manager said to file a claim at claims @orange parking lot. Com. It doesn't exist. They have not answered any messages or phone calls. Estimate for repairs is $1032.00

    *************** Parking- Broke my start button , stole all my change and a pair of sunglasses ! I parked at BMI 7/29-7/31 at *********** - I physically saw the attendant get into my car to park it. PICK UP When I finally got into my car (around 12:00am) .The start button start to my car was loose and hard to press . Got home to find the start button was all chipped away and someone had pillaged through my car and stoled all my change in a container in my console and my sunglasses . ! I have called and texted - no reply THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE - Because you as a consumer sign a waiver is not an excuse for ROBBING people . Any reputable service would NOT represent BMI as a legitimate parking service . This company should be CLOSED Pretty disgusted at the whole situation

    I travel and use the parking spot closer to the airport for speed and this is about the 5th time I dont get the service I paid for and have to pay to go to pick up my car and now u feel like they owe me and Im tired of them not taking having a business seriously

    I choose this location because it is near the airport, cheaper, and they have a free shuttle to/from the airport. Little did I know that I had signed up for a nightmare experience. Dropping off the car was fine. Upon arrival, I requested for the free shuttle, it took them forever to come, and when they did come, the driving was HORRIBLE. It had just rained, the roads were slick, the driver was speeding, there were 2 little children in the backseat scared, he was cutting people off, taking turns quick, running red lights, and when we finally parked, all of us sighed a sigh of relief that we were alive.But it gets WORSE. There was no one at the desk to check us in, because it is the same person who is also grabbing cars. They need more than 1 person at this location who is doing (what should be) multiple peoples jobs. I arrived at the same time as two other people, who got their cars immediately. After standing outside in the hot rain for 45 minutes, I checked in again and they said they were "looking for my car". Excuse me? How do you not know where my car is?! So I walked around to the back, and walked the entire lot, and my car was NOT THERE! So I immediately called the police to report my car stolen, they saw me on the phone with the police and 10 minutes later my car came out from the side... WHERE WAS MY CAR AND WHAT HAD THEY DONE TO IT! I was there a total of 2 hours...IT GETS WORSE! I know- how can it possibly get any worse? IT DOES. The next day, I was pumping gas, and I went to clean out my car (as I always do when pumping gas) and there was a dead frog in my backseat... YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY! A DEAD FROG! That was NOT there before I left for vacation, so either they left my door open and it got in, or they purposefully threw a dead frog into my car.This 'establishment' should be shut down. I cannot believe places like this are even legally allowed to exist!

    I parked my car at BMI Smart MCO from May 29 to June 11, 2024. I retrieved my car about 10:30 PM on June 11 and returned home where I parked the car in the garage. About three days later I backed the car out of the garage to go to the store and saw some ripples on the paint. I ran my hand over the paint and it flaked off showing two 8 to ***************************************************************************************** This was confirmed by a collision repair shop. The car was valet parked and apparently whomever parked the car either hit something or when parking another car hit mine. I have repeatedly tried to call the parking lot but cant get anyone to answer. I m having the car repaired and the cast is $2500.00 +. What do I do

When i picked it up - there was a dent in my brand new car.Spoke with ****** immediately when he drove up with my car.****** apologized, took photos of the damage along with the ticket number,He said he would let the manager know,But i should email them as well.     This is a parking lot for off site airport parking. Parked our car there on Friday, May 31, 2024. When we arrived the lot was so full you could not even get into the lot. Parked out on the road and waited until we could pull in. Went inside to drop off keys. Counter was covered with several keys all on top of its own post it note with car information on it. Took pictures and video of our car before we left. We proceeded to the airport and were gone until Monday, June 3. Took shuttle back to parking lot. Several people waiting for cars. Some waiting over an hour. Cars were parked so tight that you could hardly open your car door. They brought us our car that has damage to the front end. *** was left in the car the entire time we were gone. Company does not answer their phone there is no way to get any response from them.     It's been almost two months with no response.COPY of original email to the company.My name is ****** Street ************ My car was hit while parked there at BMI parking in ******* from March 29th to today- April 9th. The hood was hit causing it not to fully seal and also the bumper was smashed causing damage as well as paint chipping. I'm sure if you review the video it will show when the untimely damages occurred. Thank you for what I'm sure will be a speedy response and rectification of this unfortunate event.In the end their was a damaged bumper, a crease in my hood where it doesn't seal tightly and finally my fan was damaged and replaced by me after making a loud and irritating sound when the a/c was turned on.

    May 8,2024 parked at bmi parking in ******* for the airport. Picked up vehicle May 13, 2024.Vehicle was severely damaged with scratches and large dent on right rear.Notified attendant immediately. He gave me a email address to file a complaint. ************************ I sent an email and never heard anything. I cant believe a company can have such disregard for others property.

    I use the business to park my car while I was flying to ***********. When I returned a tree limb was through my rear windshield. It's been 3 days and I have yet to get an explanation as to when it will be repaired. They have refused to provide their insurance carrier so I could file a claim. They have been extremely uncooperative and I need some help
