(ATTENTION) I noticed some issues with my last review they say they want to help the small weaker people ,that's not true if ur case requires any real work investigation or talent for the job or actually stepping into court they won't help u ,,iv noticed all the cases they take including one of mine from 2010 i was rearrandued by a truck carrying lumber and hit into the car in front of me an only received ****** they kept 45 or 47 percent, however I know i have a case an can debunk the police report with official facts that r easy to verify.an I did almost 3 mo of treatment an was headed towards surgery when dropped for not having a lawyer based on a complete bogus police report that is so inaccurate even the witnesses couldn't belive it yet even after civil complaint, I still cannot get in touch with the officer who wrote it nor and were in charge from that precinct to correct it. However, morgan morgan, the big fighter attorney, would not help me and take my case,they r not for the people they r for they're walletMorgan & Morgan Response

Terrible company I had a hit and run truck accident last year and they barely kept in contact with me. The first case manager never did her job and after she was let go, the second one didnt do anything either. They had my case for almost 7 months and I waited two months before getting any treatment then they waited to tell me that they couldnt help me and dropped my case out of nowhere. I had to end up starting all over with a new firm *** dont ever use this company ever!Morgan & Morgan Response

Morgan and Morgan are a poor excuse for attorneys, and none of what they advertise is authentic. This company is not for the people as it claims, and you are lucky if you get to speak with someone who is going to be honest with you. I have a host of grievances yet I will only be repeating what they are still practicing, which are poor communication, lack of client updates, feeling ignored by lawyers, high fees that are not transparent, cases dragging on for long periods, difficulty reaching representatives. And no one should retain them as a lawyer, and you're better off asking for a suited circus clown, with an attitude, for they have plenty available it seems. At this point I do not want any dealings with Morgan and Morgan since it has been an issue with your so called employees upholding their feduciary duties as they claim.And you all are misleading people, as well as prolonging the due process of my case. I hired M&M back in 2024. Attorney ***** ******* was the attorney assigned to me. The company was very delayed in most communication. The attorney kept referring me to very low budget and unsafe environments for pain. Then referred me to locations that were literally in other citys. When I decided to close the case, he suggested I continue treatment, but also expressed he doesnt care, hes just an employee. Further more- he kept advising the lawsuit could be substantial if I was will to get surgery- however, I had great concern with the thought of this considering the subpar service I had already received. When the case was settled, the total settlement was just about $15k. Out of that they offered me just about $4k - I was not only surprised, but very disappointed. I walked away with verified injury and a payout that did not match my lost wages. You will be tossed to and *** with this company. Everyone elses will be paid top dollar. Typically automated response. I recommend finding a company that truly care or at least will maintain a level of professionalism. My attorney quit the firm which clearly corresponds to his text messages to me early on indicating he doesnt care about my case. I was referred to locations that were very low budget- who also received high payout at the time of settlement. Again, out of $15k, M&M offered me around $4k. This is an organization thats massive. Progressive/MorganMorgan to render inaccuracies to help the opposing party that Fled Auto Accident scene, Speeding, Not covered on Insurance cards. They even did a ************ report. Their purpose was to mitigate my injuries despite witnesses who drove me there and out, established injuries by Specialists that outrank an NP, i have Imagery to counter false CT scan. ****** CT scan they ran me thru irregular 3 or more times like they did not know what they were doing. So evidence is substantiated that at ** ****** rendered false services to aid Nefarious parties either Progressive/MorganMorgan for their case as I also had suppressed Chiro who failed to call me since Dec 23rd. Or it was ******* Health retaliating for prev Malpractice/Neg via ***** Umbrella network acting on behalf of ******* as I witness the same sabotages to appointments affiliated with ***** and others to prevent 2nd opinions to counter lies from ******* misconduct. ** ****** came thru on the same Block Chain which exhibits proof of affiliated tampering. Morgan MorganMorgan provide false legal aid tricking consumers but are actually on the side of corporatations. Several locals warned me of this and it is true to my experience. And SD Morgan office found another loophole to meddle in my life areas via offices thru Morgan SD to Morgan FL similarly how they froze my Tax Refund 2023 despite nothing being wrong with it, only to meddle thru a SD Tax advocate when I repeatedly requested FL Tax advocate. They did this to tamper in another State's jurisdiction. ** is retaliating for all their corruption, violations, misconduct resulting in Malpractice, selling me a foreign Canadian car, Housing Criminals in conflict with Housing policies that terrorized multiple ********** properties. I would never use Morgan and Morgan again. My car accident was in September 2022. When I signed up, I was told the fee was 33%; I thought this was high but worth it. I later discovered that this 33% only applies to the insurance company's first offer. Then it jumps to 40%. This detail was buried in the fine print that I missed, leaving me feeling misled and disappointed. They 'lost' my file and I was given a paralegal who told me so many different stories I had no idea what to believe. I was bounced to three or four different lawyers, each time having to start over and explain my case from scratch. This simple case dragged on for over two years. When the settlement was finalized, it took several months before I received my money. The insurance company paid them immediately. Both the man who hit me and I had the same insurance companies, and I saw when the payout occurred. I had to ****** them for weeks. When I got the first payout statement, they shorted me about $10,000. I called several times and finally got that fixed. They would not make a direct deposit even though they say they do that in commercials. I had to drive to their office to pick up the check. They held back an additional $1,000 and explained that it would cover any additional medical bills and that I would automatically receive it in a month. I waited six weeks and called them. They even promised to send the check to the Melbourne office overnight. That did not happen. It took me several more weeks to finally get the check from them, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected. They did not pay all my medical bills even though they insisted several times that they had. I received a document from them detailing what was paid, and this list included the unpaid bills. I was furious when I started getting letters from collection firms for these unpaid bills. I checked my account today with my PCP and found they had not paid him for medical records, but they indeed charged me for them.Morgan & Morgan Response

Morgan & Morgan put someone on the phone who spoke English as a second language his name was ******* and he stated he is a medical doctor to help with a malpractice case. I asked him what kind of doctor he said he's a general doctor I asked him where he went to medical school he said hold on let me look that up and I said that should roll off your tongue he did not know basic anatomical structures he knows nothing about medicine he's never gone to medical school he is a fraud and his employer must know he's a fraudMorgan & Morgan Response

Morgan and Morgan pursued my case in March of 2023. They let me case drag on for 8 months. Called me while I was at a dealership getting a new car and told me they were no longer able to represent me or my case. Ive endured thousands of thousands of dollars in medical bills during that 8 month span. When I was called I was told to reach out to a different firm. That firm, on site, told me they would not be able to represent me. Morgan and Morgan decided to take on a case that they knew they could not handle and left me, a low class citizen, with a terrible amount of medical debt. They are a bad look for lawyers. They do not look properly into cases and situations and their communication is horrible. I am forced now to pay over $35,000 of medical bills now because they did not do their proper research. Not to mention , a doctor that they referred me to gave me a shot, hit a nerve and permanently damaged my back. I will be sure to leave this review on every platform possible. Please stay away from this law firm. Morgan and Morgan are not for the people. If they were , they would recognize their mistake and help the person who they did s**** up in this situation.
