I ordered a spa cover from Unique Pools a Spas in mid August. They informed me on the phone during that conversation that they had one in stock and would deliver it to ************ next week, which they did. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong size spa cover. I immediately called them and requested they send the correct cover and pick up the original cover upon delivery. I have called multiple times since then, attempting to determine when the new cover will arrive. On Friday, 9/13, I called the manufacturer and was told the item was shipped to the ************** that day. I called the ************** today, 9/20 to inquire about the cover and spoke to ****. **** was incredibly rude and disrespectful, which was odd because I spent $1200 with them and assumed theyd be professional. **** told me the cover wouldnt be in until 9/25. I asked **** the name of the owners of Unique Spas and Pools - He claimed it was him and failed to give me his last name. After that call, I received a call from *** who also claimed he was the owner and hung up the phone when I asked why both he and **** were so rude. So, I have no cover and I am out $1200Review from Amanda B

The staff at the Orlando Location lacks the customer service skills needed to run a business. We have done thousands of dollars in business with this location and we have gotten cursed at, we have been hung up on multiple times, and no one in this company seems to care at all. They sub contract what appears to be criminals as well. We paid for our equipment, the sub-contractor picked said (paid for) equipment, and then tried to swindle us out of $1200 claiming we have to repurchase the equipment because the "payment" wasn't successful. No one at the Orlando location cares. I would avoid this place and purchase your pool from a solid business with quality staff.
