    In short the roofing company is completely unethical. Their workmanship was well below average and after begging them to correct the issues for over a year we gave up and paid them. See for yourself the pictures Ive posted. They continued to lie about coming out to fix the warped/damaged boards. Use ridge caps where needed, fix the uneven shingles, correct the lumps, and clean up/pick up the materials left on sight. The roof still isnt fixed and probably never will be. The two companies I called to inspect and get a quote said it would be $20,000 to fix because they will need to replace the entire roof.

    Rhyne Restoration has passed all inspections on Mr ***** property ! The hips and ridges that were installed with more protection than needed does not affect functionality of the roof . The roof doesnt need replaced at all , if homeowner doesnt like the look of the ridge caps then we will offer to replace those items only at no charge .

    Rhyne did roof work on my neighbor's roof in Feb/2022 and damaged my roof in the process. After contacting them, they said our houses are 20FT apart, and damage can't occur. Our house is 6 FT from the neighbor. Plus, the damage did occur.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/07) */ I personally spoke to this man and ask him to provide me with some evidence that our staff damaged his gutter , his response was I don't have evidence ! So I explained to him that I would pay for a new gutter to be installed but I need some type of proof . His HOA sent him a photo telling him to repair his gutter , we are actually in the process of finding out when this picture was taken by HOA . This homeowner says he has no evidence but decides to go on google yesterday and leave a 1 star review bashing our company, then today he makes a complaint to BBB . We are moving forward legally with our attorney on this matter , this is defamation of our company ! It's really unfortunate that this individual has done what he's done . I ask that the BBB remove this false complaint ! Roof works was done on my neighbors roof. After it was done, me and my wife went to clean up the pieces of the roof left over in my yard. That's when we noticed our gutter was bent. We had never seen it bent before, so we compared it to our inspection pictures (taken a few months prior) and could see it was fine in the picture. We logically concluded the work done on the neighbors roof was at fault. Since our house is only a few feet from our neighbors and from the amount of debris on my yard. P.S: the HOA has never contacted me about my gutters. The issue cant be seen unless your on the side of my home. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/03/14) */ Once again this homeowner was told that we would pay for the gutter repair if he could just give me some proof that we did this damage , this guy says he has no proof . He claims he logically concluded that since his neighbor had work done on his home that it had to be done by the contractors , there is nothing logically to conclude that this damage was done by our company ! This homeowner logically assumed that our staff did the damage , but if he really feels like we done this damage then why did he ask the people doing interior work first if they did it ? Only to be told by the interior contractor to ask the roofer . Also again keep in mind that this homeowner posted a 1ïï��ï�� Review on google saying "Beware, very unprofessional " with no proof that we did any damage . This statement is defamation to our company and could potentially cost our company hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential business ! The only person I spoke with was the HOA. I who forwarded my email to the owner. Please let me know what proof is accepted by you? Before and after pics? I was not next to my gutter while work on my neighbors house was done. I dont know why you would expect that. As for the 1 start review it was my honest experience with your company. It can only be defamatory if what's said about you is not true. As for the work, I can fix it myself in 5 min, but I am pursuing this as I am a honest person and expect the world to be honest back. This case just proves am naive in thinking all will act the same way.
